【摘要】：一直以來(lái)，供應(yīng)鏈的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都是有自己的庫(kù)存策略，，各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都是為謀求自身利益的最大化,這樣只能使得供應(yīng)鏈的整體庫(kù)存成本不斷升高。在這個(gè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的社會(huì)中，企業(yè)只有想盡辦法降低成本，才能立足于激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中，從而便產(chǎn)生了聯(lián)合庫(kù)存管理這個(gè)概念。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈管理運(yùn)行機(jī)制和對(duì)庫(kù)存管理理論方式的介紹引進(jìn)了聯(lián)合庫(kù)存管理的概念和模型，又通過(guò)對(duì)JZEG公司的庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)率、存貨比例、產(chǎn)品適銷(xiāo)率和交貨及時(shí)率等問(wèn)題的研究分析出其庫(kù)存現(xiàn)狀及其存在的庫(kù)存問(wèn)題。從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了把聯(lián)合庫(kù)存管理與JZEG公司實(shí)際庫(kù)存管理相結(jié)合，并用JZEG公司的實(shí)際庫(kù)存數(shù)據(jù)和聯(lián)合庫(kù)存模型對(duì)其成本控制效果進(jìn)行了研究和評(píng)估，研究結(jié)果表明JZEG公司庫(kù)存方面實(shí)施聯(lián)合庫(kù)存不僅大大降低了成本，并且節(jié)約了資源，有效消除了傳統(tǒng)的“牛鞭效應(yīng)”，使得供應(yīng)鏈上的節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)共擔(dān)責(zé)任和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，更能達(dá)成信息共享。
[Abstract]:All the time, every link of the supply chain has its own inventory strategy, each link is to maximize their own interests, which can only make the overall inventory cost of the supply chain rising. In this competitive society, enterprises can only try their best to reduce the cost in order to stand in the fierce competition, thus the concept of joint inventory management has emerged. This paper introduces the concept and model of joint inventory management by introducing the operation mechanism of supply chain management and the theoretical mode of inventory management. This paper analyzes the current situation of stock and the existing inventory problems of products such as marketable rate and timely delivery rate. Thus, the joint inventory management is combined with the actual inventory management of JZEG Company, and the cost control effect is studied and evaluated by using the actual inventory data and joint inventory model of JZEG Company. The results show that the implementation of joint inventory in JZEG not only greatly reduces the cost, but also saves the resources, effectively eliminates the traditional "bullwhip effect", and makes the joint enterprises in the supply chain share responsibility and risk. More information sharing can be achieved.
