【摘要】：分銷是當(dāng)前國內(nèi)絕大多數(shù)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)進(jìn)行的一種高效的業(yè)務(wù)處理方式。隨著企業(yè)的銷售半徑和服務(wù)半徑越來越大,傳統(tǒng)的分銷處理方式已經(jīng)越來越不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代的管理要求。醫(yī)藥行業(yè)所涉及的環(huán)節(jié)多,流程相對復(fù)雜,對人財物管理的難度大。大部分企業(yè)通過建立二級公司的方式提高分銷管理能力,但往往會出現(xiàn)橫向管理越來越寬,縱向管理越來越難的現(xiàn)象,數(shù)據(jù)信息在二級公司停滯,無法提高總體管理水平。在醫(yī)藥行業(yè),藥目眾多,更容易出錯,常常會出現(xiàn)帳物不符等情況,不容易及時的修正,造成大量的損失。面對這種情況只有提高企業(yè)信息管理水平,建設(shè)一整套信息系統(tǒng)才能夠從底到上的解決信息傳遞不暢,統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)不準(zhǔn),決策效率低下等問題,為企業(yè)在分銷領(lǐng)域獲得成功提供堅實的保障。 本系統(tǒng)以鞍山永安醫(yī)藥公司為原型進(jìn)行具體的設(shè)計,分為四大功能,分別是基本信息管理、藥品銷售管理、進(jìn)貨管理、系統(tǒng)管理。系統(tǒng)采用Struts+Hibernate+Spring框架,數(shù)據(jù)庫采用MySql。主要利用Struts的MVC, Hibernate的數(shù)據(jù)庫管理及Spring的對象管理來完成系統(tǒng)的主體設(shè)計。最后使用合適的測試用例對系統(tǒng)的功能進(jìn)行整體的測試和改進(jìn)。設(shè)計開發(fā)DRP管理系統(tǒng)不僅能夠提高分銷效率和物流水平,而且還能讓鞍山永安醫(yī)藥公司決策層更清楚的認(rèn)識到各層級之間分銷現(xiàn)狀,通過數(shù)據(jù)對比分析提高決策的準(zhǔn)確性,使得公司分銷供應(yīng)鏈的構(gòu)成更加科學(xué)、高效。
[Abstract]:Distribution is an efficient way to deal with the majority of domestic pharmaceutical industry. With the increasing radius of sales and service, the traditional distribution management has become more and more unsuitable for modern management. Pharmaceutical industry involves many links, the process is relatively complex, the management of people and property is difficult. Most enterprises improve the ability of distribution management by establishing a second-level company, but the horizontal management becomes wider and wider, the vertical management becomes more and more difficult, and the data information stagnates in the second-level company, which can not improve the overall management level. In the pharmaceutical industry, many medicine items, more prone to error, often account for inconsistent, not easy to correct in time, resulting in a large number of losses. Faced with this situation, only by improving the level of enterprise information management, can we build a whole set of information systems to solve the problems from bottom to top, such as poor information transmission, inaccurate statistical data, low decision-making efficiency, and so on. To provide a solid guarantee for the success of enterprises in the field of distribution. The system is designed based on Anshan Yongan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which is divided into four functions: basic information management, drug sales management, purchase management and system management. The system adopts Struts hibernate Spring framework, and the database adopts MySql. It mainly uses Struts MVC, hibernate database management and Spring object management to complete the main design of the system. Finally, the function of the system is tested and improved with appropriate test cases. The design and development of DRP management system can not only improve the distribution efficiency and logistics level, but also enable the decision-making level of Anshan Yongan Pharmaceutical Company to recognize the distribution status among different levels more clearly, and improve the accuracy of decision-making through data comparison and analysis. Make the composition of the company distribution supply chain more scientific and efficient.
