【摘要】:云計(jì)算作為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、平臺(tái)和應(yīng)用的一種新型信息資源組織形式,將傳統(tǒng)以桌面為中心的計(jì)算模式轉(zhuǎn)變成以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為中心的計(jì)算模式,提供按需使用和定制化的云服務(wù),徹底改變了TT服務(wù)的交付方式,顯著降低了管理和維護(hù)成本,受到工業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界的極大關(guān)注。云服務(wù)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)間的層層傳遞形成了一條云計(jì)算服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈。由于云計(jì)算服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈中各個(gè)成員的自利性行為以及信息不對(duì)稱等原因,導(dǎo)致供應(yīng)鏈成員的決策目標(biāo)與供應(yīng)鏈整體決策目標(biāo)相沖突。因此,研究構(gòu)建有效的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)云計(jì)算供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作,對(duì)提升云計(jì)算服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作效率具有重要意義。本文以基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施服務(wù)提供商(Application Infrastructure Provider, AIP)和應(yīng)用服務(wù)提供商(Application Service Provider, ASP)構(gòu)成的二階云計(jì)算服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈為研究對(duì)象,開(kāi)展基于供應(yīng)鏈契約的云計(jì)算服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制及其仿真平臺(tái)研究,以便為云計(jì)算服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作提供方法和工具。其中,ASP利用從AIP租用的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和平臺(tái)等云計(jì)算服務(wù),部署和配置應(yīng)用軟件,向用戶提供增值的應(yīng)用服務(wù)。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和成果如下: (1)研究設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)數(shù)量折扣契約模型,以協(xié)調(diào)由AIP和ASP組成的二階云計(jì)算服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈。針對(duì)價(jià)格敏感、服從均勻分布的市場(chǎng)需求,分別探論了集中機(jī)制、批發(fā)價(jià)格契約和數(shù)量折扣契約等三種協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制下的供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作績(jī)效。研究結(jié)果表明,批發(fā)價(jià)格契約能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào),但AIP收益偏低不具實(shí)際意義;而數(shù)量折扣契約能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào),且可以任意分配協(xié)調(diào)后的利潤(rùn)。這是由于數(shù)量折扣契約不改變ASP的定價(jià)決策,只要實(shí)現(xiàn)ASP的訂購(gòu)量協(xié)調(diào),即可實(shí)現(xiàn)其定價(jià)協(xié)調(diào),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)。 (2)開(kāi)展基于排隊(duì)論和數(shù)量折扣契約的云計(jì)算服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制研究,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)AIP和一個(gè)ASP構(gòu)成的二階供應(yīng)鏈模型,而ASP服務(wù)系統(tǒng)被抽象成一個(gè)M/M/1等待制排隊(duì)系統(tǒng),并討論在一體化、直接租賃和數(shù)量折扣契約三種協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制下供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效。研究結(jié)果表明,直接租賃能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)協(xié)調(diào),但是AIP更傾向于制定不協(xié)調(diào)的租賃價(jià)格,從而導(dǎo)致協(xié)調(diào)失效。而數(shù)量折扣契約不改變ASP定價(jià)決策這一結(jié)論在排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)中依然有效,故數(shù)量折扣契約能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào),并可在合理的區(qū)間內(nèi)任意分配協(xié)調(diào)后的供應(yīng)鏈利潤(rùn)。 (3)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)仿真云計(jì)算服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制的軟件平臺(tái)。該平臺(tái)主要包括供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作場(chǎng)景設(shè)定、仿真求解、仿真結(jié)果分析等三個(gè)部分,其中供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作場(chǎng)景的設(shè)定是仿真平臺(tái)的核心,主要是設(shè)定供應(yīng)鏈及其成員的利潤(rùn)函數(shù)、市場(chǎng)需求函數(shù)、供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制及供應(yīng)鏈成員的私有信息等。研究算例表明,仿真平臺(tái)能有效地模擬云計(jì)算環(huán)境下多種供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作場(chǎng)景和協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,為分析、設(shè)計(jì)云計(jì)算服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制提供了一種有效工具。
[Abstract]:Cloud computing as the infrastructure, platform and application of a new form of information resources organization, from the traditional desktop centric computing model into a network-centric computing model, providing on demand and customized cloud services, It has completely changed the delivery of TT services, significantly reduced the cost of management and maintenance, and has attracted great attention from industry and academia. Cloud services in the network layer by layer transfer formed a cloud computing service supply chain. Because of the self-interest behavior and information asymmetry of each member in the cloud computing service supply chain, the decision goal of the member of the supply chain conflicts with the overall decision goal of the supply chain. Therefore, it is of great significance to construct an effective supply chain coordination mechanism to realize the coordinated operation of cloud computing supply chain to improve the efficiency of cloud computing service supply chain. In this paper, the second order cloud computing service supply chain composed of Application Infrastructure provider (AIP) and Application Service provider (ASP) is taken as the research object. The research of cloud computing service supply chain coordination mechanism based on supply chain contract and its simulation platform are carried out in order to provide methods and tools for the coordination operation of cloud computing service supply chain. ASP uses cloud computing services such as infrastructure and platforms rented from AIP to deploy and configure application software to provide value-added application services to users. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) A quantity discount contract model is designed to coordinate the second-order cloud computing service supply chain composed of AIP and ASP. In view of price sensitivity and uniform distribution of market demand, this paper discusses the performance of supply chain operation under three coordination mechanisms: centralized mechanism, wholesale price contract and quantity discount contract. The results show that the wholesale price contract can achieve supply chain coordination, but the low AIP revenue is of no practical significance, while the quantity discount contract can achieve supply chain coordination, and can distribute the coordinated profits arbitrarily. This is because the quantity discount contract does not change the pricing decision of ASP, so long as the order quantity coordination of ASP is realized, the pricing coordination can be realized. In order to realize the coordination of the whole supply chain. (2) Research on the coordination mechanism of cloud computing service supply chain based on queuing theory and quantity discount contract, and construct a second-order supply chain model composed of AIP and ASP. The ASP service system is abstracted into an M / M / 1 waiting queue system and discusses the supply chain performance under three coordination mechanisms of integration direct lease and quantity discount contract. The results show that direct leasing can achieve coordination, but AIP tends to set uncoordinated lease prices, which leads to coordination failure. The conclusion that the quantity discount contract does not change the ASP pricing decision is still valid in the queuing system, so the quantity discount contract can realize the coordination of the whole supply chain. It can distribute the profit of the coordinated supply chain arbitrarily in a reasonable range. (3) Design and implement a software platform to simulate the coordination mechanism of cloud computing service supply chain. The platform mainly includes three parts: the setting of the operation scene of supply chain, the solution of simulation and the analysis of simulation result, among which the setting of operation scenario of supply chain is the core of the simulation platform, and the profit function of supply chain and its members is mainly set. Market demand function, coordination mechanism of supply chain and private information of supply chain members. The simulation results show that the simulation platform can effectively simulate the operation scenarios and coordination mechanisms of various supply chains in cloud computing environment. It provides an effective tool for analyzing and designing the coordination mechanism of cloud computing service supply chain.
