【摘要】：隨著收入水平的逐漸提高,我國城鎮(zhèn)居民的生活和工作壓力也不斷加大,人們迫切需要找到一種相對輕松而又簡單的娛樂方式,以滿足精神上的需求、達到自我放松的目的。未來的音響行業(yè)正是受益于這樣一種居民消費需求的發(fā)展趨勢。因而,投資音響行業(yè)在國內(nèi)市場上具有相對廣闊的發(fā)展前景。但是,由于起步晚、資深技術人員缺乏、研發(fā)投入相對偏少等因素的制約和影響,中國國內(nèi)專業(yè)音響企業(yè)的企業(yè)管理水平和技術開發(fā)水準很難得到進一步的提高。同時,材料采購成本的高居不下、生產(chǎn)效率偏低等現(xiàn)實的采購管理瓶頸問題也嚴重影響了這些企業(yè)的市場競爭力,因而,中國國內(nèi)音響企業(yè)目前主要只能競爭于中低端市場,甚至為了生存和發(fā)展從是產(chǎn)品價值鏈附加值最低端制造環(huán)節(jié),成為國外高端品牌的代工廠商。隨著供應鏈全球化合作要求的日益提高,如何能更好地促進中國國內(nèi)音響企業(yè)不斷提高采購管理及供應鏈管理水平,就成為企業(yè)提升市場競爭力的一個亟待解決的難題。因此,研究供應鏈環(huán)境下的企業(yè)采購管理系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化問題具有重要而迫切的現(xiàn)實意義和理論價值。 本文選取中國音響行業(yè)民營企業(yè)國光股份有限公司(簡稱國光公司)作為典型案例樣本,將該公司的采購管理體系作為研究對象,針對國光股份有限公司目前采購管理體系相對落后導致采購成本偏高的現(xiàn)狀,筆者運用采購管理、戰(zhàn)略管理以及產(chǎn)品營銷管理等相關基礎理論知識,綜合運用文獻研究法、實地調(diào)查法、案例分析法、圖表法等具體的研究方法,理論聯(lián)系實際地對該公司采購管理過程進行了深入的解析。本文首先從公司的采購管理體系的現(xiàn)狀分析出發(fā),著重研究了組織架構設計、采購管理流程、供應商管理以及成本管理等影響其采購運營管理水平的四個主要方面,最終提出了改進國光公司采購管理現(xiàn)狀的具體策略,并提出了相應的實施保障機制,為該公司降低采購成本、提高生產(chǎn)效率獻計獻策,以期也能為其他國內(nèi)音響企業(yè)提高采購管理水平提供理論借鑒與現(xiàn)實參考。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of income level, the pressure of life and work of urban residents in our country is also increasing. People urgently need to find a relatively relaxed and simple entertainment way to meet the spiritual needs and achieve the purpose of self-relaxation. The sound industry in the future will benefit from such a trend of consumer demand. As a result, investment sound industry in the domestic market has a relatively broad development prospects. However, due to the factors such as late start, lack of senior technicians and relatively low R & D investment, it is difficult to improve the management level and technology development level of professional audio enterprises in China. At the same time, the high cost of purchasing materials and the bottleneck of purchasing management, such as low production efficiency, have also seriously affected the market competitiveness of these enterprises. Therefore, at present, domestic sound enterprises in China are mainly competing in the middle and low end markets. Even in order to survive and develop from the product value chain is the lowest value-added manufacturing link, become a foreign high-end brand contract manufacturers. With the increasing requirement of global cooperation in supply chain, how to improve the level of purchasing management and supply chain management in China's domestic audio enterprises is a difficult problem to be solved urgently. Therefore, it has important and urgent practical significance and theoretical value to study the optimization of enterprise purchasing management system in the supply chain environment. This paper selects Guoguang Co., Ltd. (Guoguang Co., for short), a private enterprise in China's audio industry, as a typical case, and takes the purchasing management system of the company as the research object. In view of the current situation that the procurement management system of Guoguang Co., Ltd. is relatively backward, which leads to the high procurement cost, the author applies the relevant basic theoretical knowledge, such as purchasing management, strategic management and product marketing management, and synthetically applies the literature research method. Field investigation method, case analysis method, chart method and other specific research methods, theoretical and practical analysis of the procurement management process of the company. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the purchasing management system of the company, this paper focuses on four main aspects that affect the level of the purchasing operation management, such as the organizational structure design, the procurement management process, the supplier management and the cost management. Finally, the paper puts forward the specific strategy to improve the current situation of the procurement management of Guoguang Company, and puts forward the corresponding implementation guarantee mechanism, which can provide suggestions for the company to reduce the purchasing cost and improve the production efficiency. In order to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for other domestic audio enterprises to improve the level of procurement management.
