【摘要】:對(duì)于當(dāng)代的企業(yè)而言,成功的關(guān)鍵不僅需要擁有低成本的產(chǎn)品、高科技的技術(shù),或是知名的品牌等優(yōu)勢,更重要的是企業(yè)自身的管理?xiàng)l件。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和客戶需求多樣化的背景下,流程管理及其執(zhí)行已經(jīng)成為影響企業(yè)管理水平的關(guān)鍵要素。如何通過流程管理提高企業(yè)自身的運(yùn)作效率、降低內(nèi)耗、與客戶和供應(yīng)商建立良好的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,也成為影響未來企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素。 好的企業(yè)管理在于好的業(yè)務(wù)流程,好的業(yè)務(wù)流程需要好的貫徹執(zhí)行。A公司的銷售支持部門屬于集成供應(yīng)鏈的中間環(huán)節(jié),為了更好的對(duì)A公司的銷售業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行支撐,幫助供應(yīng)鏈更有效的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),并為整個(gè)公司提供增值服務(wù),業(yè)務(wù)流程的不斷改進(jìn)十分重要。本文應(yīng)用供應(yīng)鏈管理理論與流程優(yōu)化改善理論,在了解供應(yīng)鏈管理的概念與內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,采用流程優(yōu)化與改善五步法,即流程體系規(guī)劃、流程現(xiàn)狀描述、流程問題分析、流程優(yōu)化與再造以及流程配套設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)A公司銷售支持工作流程的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述,并分析與診斷其中存在的問題,然后針對(duì)在直銷合同管理流程與代理商返點(diǎn)流程中存在的問題,制定了改善方案,最后基于改善方案制定了實(shí)施的配套設(shè)計(jì)。 通過本文的研究與分析,不僅能夠幫助A公司銷售支持部門進(jìn)行了工作流程的改善,并希望能將本文所采用的改善方法推廣到其他部門,使持續(xù)改善的習(xí)慣深入公司的企業(yè)文化,從而保持A公司的市場領(lǐng)先地位。
[Abstract]:For modern enterprises, the key to success is not only the advantages of low-cost products, high-tech technology, or well-known brands, but also the management conditions of the enterprises themselves. Under the background of economic globalization and diversification of customer demand, process management and its implementation have become the key factors that affect the level of enterprise management. How to improve the operation efficiency, reduce internal friction and establish a good interaction with customers and suppliers through process management has become an important factor affecting the development of enterprises in the future. Good business management lies in good business processes. Good business processes need to be carried out well. A company's sales support department belongs to the intermediate link of the integrated supply chain. In order to better support the sales business of company A, It is important to improve the business process to help the supply chain to run more effectively and to provide value-added services to the whole company. This paper applies the theory of supply chain management and the theory of process optimization improvement, on the basis of understanding the concept and connotation of supply chain management, adopts the five-step method of process optimization and improvement, that is, process system planning, process status description, process problem analysis. Process optimization and reengineering, as well as process matching design, describe the current situation of sales support workflow in company A, and analyze and diagnose the existing problems. Then, aiming at the problems existing in the direct selling contract management process and the agent returning point flow, the improvement scheme is formulated. Finally, based on the improvement scheme, a complete set of implementation design is made. Through the research and analysis of this paper, it can not only help the sales support department of A company to improve the workflow, but also hope to extend the improvement method adopted in this paper to other departments. Keep the habit of continuous improvement into the company's corporate culture, thereby maintaining company A's leading position in the market.
