【摘要】：基于供應(yīng)鏈管理環(huán)境下承包商與供應(yīng)商關(guān)系和傳統(tǒng)關(guān)系的區(qū)別,探討供應(yīng)鏈管理環(huán)境下建材供應(yīng)商的選擇指標(biāo)體系,分析供應(yīng)鏈管理環(huán)境下實(shí)施物料管理所需的技術(shù)支持和具體步驟,并總結(jié)在供應(yīng)鏈管理環(huán)境下實(shí)施建筑物料管理的效果。通過研究,以期提高建筑企業(yè)建筑物料管理效果,促進(jìn)提升建筑企業(yè)競爭力。
[Abstract]:Based on the difference between contractor and supplier relationship and traditional relationship in supply chain management environment, this paper discusses the selection index system of building materials supplier in supply chain management environment. This paper analyzes the technical support and concrete steps needed to implement the material management in the supply chain management environment, and summarizes the effect of the construction material management under the supply chain management environment. Through the research, we hope to improve the management effect of construction materials and promote the competitiveness of construction enterprises.
