基于SAP的連鎖高端超市供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:連鎖超市自從20世紀(jì)90年代初進(jìn)入我國(guó)以來(lái),在我國(guó)經(jīng)歷了飛快的發(fā)展。隨著近些年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,高端消費(fèi)者群體不斷擴(kuò)大,連鎖高端超市逐漸出現(xiàn)并在規(guī)模和數(shù)量上形成爆發(fā)式的增長(zhǎng),其對(duì)自身的供應(yīng)鏈管理以及信息化管理也提出了不同的要求。 連鎖高端超市在其發(fā)展初期,,門(mén)店規(guī)模和商品數(shù)量以及顧客數(shù)量都較少,對(duì)門(mén)店的實(shí)時(shí)補(bǔ)貨以及日常配送要求較低,可以通過(guò)門(mén)店主動(dòng)巡視人為根據(jù)銷(xiāo)售情況實(shí)現(xiàn)補(bǔ)貨,以及總部人員計(jì)算定時(shí)的平均銷(xiāo)量和人為主觀經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷來(lái)決定日常配送量。同時(shí)門(mén)店以及商品數(shù)量較少也導(dǎo)致對(duì)配送中心的收貨上架以及揀貨下架作業(yè)要求不是很高,一般可以采用摘果法分揀即可滿(mǎn)足揀貨配送的需求。 隨著連鎖高端超市進(jìn)入快速成長(zhǎng)期,門(mén)店的規(guī)模、商品的種類(lèi)及數(shù)量,顧客以及銷(xiāo)量都會(huì)出現(xiàn)快速增長(zhǎng),并且伴隨著其高端的概念和經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,企業(yè)的進(jìn)口商品的比重率不斷提高,店面面積相對(duì)較小,以及精細(xì)化的多單品,少貨量的特點(diǎn),這就對(duì)門(mén)店實(shí)時(shí)補(bǔ)貨率、配送中心商品的配送率,周轉(zhuǎn)率,企業(yè)的資金使用率,總體庫(kù)存成本等提出更高的要求。這些要求主要是門(mén)店根據(jù)自身的銷(xiāo)售情況以及總部規(guī)劃的整體市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略來(lái)制定實(shí)時(shí)補(bǔ)貨計(jì)劃和補(bǔ)貨數(shù)量以及配送中心的配送計(jì)劃與數(shù)量,多批量,多單品,少貨量的揀配作業(yè)的需求。如果這些要求等不到及時(shí)的滿(mǎn)足和解決,會(huì)導(dǎo)致門(mén)店貨架上商品長(zhǎng)時(shí)間缺貨影響門(mén)店銷(xiāo)售、門(mén)店后倉(cāng)庫(kù)存管理水平混亂,同時(shí)配送中心產(chǎn)生作業(yè)瓶頸,影響企業(yè)整個(gè)物流供應(yīng)鏈,使得企業(yè)對(duì)于客戶(hù)的滿(mǎn)意度越來(lái)越差,無(wú)法體現(xiàn)高端超市給顧客帶來(lái)的生活品質(zhì)與細(xì)節(jié)的要求,從而影響企業(yè)的品牌忠誠(chéng)度以及核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文主要針對(duì)以上兩點(diǎn)需求與問(wèn)題做了深入的研究: 為了解決門(mén)店實(shí)時(shí)補(bǔ)貨以及日常配送的問(wèn)題,本文以POS銷(xiāo)售子系統(tǒng)為驅(qū)動(dòng),產(chǎn)生實(shí)時(shí)銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù),以半小時(shí)匯總銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù)作為后倉(cāng)到門(mén)店的拉式補(bǔ)貨,以每日或一段時(shí)間門(mén)店以及后倉(cāng)實(shí)際產(chǎn)生的需求量為基礎(chǔ)結(jié)合門(mén)店手工申請(qǐng)補(bǔ)貨量、系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的過(guò)期商品量、手工處理?yè)p壞丟失量、手工調(diào)整量,促銷(xiāo)及新品鋪貨量,系統(tǒng)最小最大補(bǔ)貨量等參數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)配送中心-后倉(cāng)-門(mén)店的自動(dòng)循環(huán)補(bǔ)貨。同時(shí)通過(guò)以經(jīng)濟(jì)批量訂貨為模型的基礎(chǔ)上,加入了季節(jié)因素、促銷(xiāo)因素、安全庫(kù)存、最小起訂量、手工調(diào)整等數(shù)幾個(gè)影響補(bǔ)貨量計(jì)算的指標(biāo),經(jīng)過(guò)的模擬計(jì)算得出的配送中心補(bǔ)貨經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,以周為實(shí)際時(shí)間進(jìn)行模擬公式計(jì)算,得出一定的參考值,同步到系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)給到采購(gòu)部門(mén)。 為了解決配送中心作業(yè)效率的問(wèn)題,本文提出了RF手持終端結(jié)合SAP系統(tǒng)完成日常作業(yè),重新規(guī)劃和優(yōu)化配送中心的通道,貨架,商品類(lèi)別整理,采用ABC分類(lèi)以及相鄰批次的指派策略上架以及兩種拆零分揀法相結(jié)合的揀貨下架策略。 在最后本文通過(guò)一個(gè)高端超市的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目給讀者展示了基于POS以及SAP構(gòu)建高端超市的供應(yīng)鏈管理優(yōu)化方案。通過(guò)對(duì)POS子系統(tǒng)、SAP系統(tǒng)以及RF子系統(tǒng)手持掃描終端的二次開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)循環(huán)補(bǔ)貨平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)門(mén)店-后倉(cāng)-配送中心的自動(dòng)+手工結(jié)合的循環(huán)補(bǔ)貨,并且通過(guò)配置SAP系統(tǒng)的WMS模塊來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)ABC分類(lèi)和鄰近批次的上架策略以及多種揀貨方式并行的關(guān)鍵要點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Since the early 1990s, chain supermarkets have experienced rapid development in China. With the rapid development of the domestic economy in recent years, the high end consumer groups are expanding, the chain high-end supermarkets have gradually emerged and formed an explosive growth in scale and quantity, and their supply chain management and information management He also raised different requirements.
At the beginning of its development, the chain scale and the quantity of the goods and the quantity of the customers are less. The demand for the real time replenishment and the daily distribution of the stores is low. It can be determined by the average sales volume and subjective experience judgment of the headquarters staff. At the same time, at the same time, the number of stores and goods is not very high, and the demand for picking and picking is not very high. The picking method can be used to meet the demand of picking and distribution.
With the rapid growth of chain high-end supermarkets, the scale of the stores, the type and quantity of the goods, the customers and the sales will increase rapidly. With the high end concept and business model, the proportion of the imported goods is increasing, the area of the store is relatively small, and the fine variety of goods and the quantity of the goods are less. It puts forward higher requirements for the real time replenishment rate, distribution rate, turnover rate, capital utilization rate, and overall inventory cost of the distribution center. These requirements are mainly to make the real time replenishment plan, the quantity of replenishment and the distribution center according to the sales situation of the store and the overall marketing strategy of the headquarters. If these requirements are not satisfied and solved in time, it will lead to a long shortage of goods on the store shelves, which will affect the sales of the stores, and the management level of the store after the store is confused. At the same time, the distribution center produces the bottleneck of the operation and affects the whole logistics supply of the enterprise. The chain, which makes the satisfaction of the enterprise to the customer is getting worse and worse, can not reflect the requirements of the quality of life and the details that the high-end supermarket brings to the customers, thus affecting the brand loyalty and the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
This article focuses on the above two needs and problems:
In order to solve the problem of real time replenishment and daily distribution, this paper takes the POS sales subsystem as the driving force to produce real time sales data. The volume of overdue goods produced automatically, manual handling of loss and loss, manual adjustment, sales promotion and new product volume, the minimum maximum replenishment quantity of the system to realize the automatic circulation replenishment in the distribution center - the post warehouse door. Small amount of quantity, manual adjustment and several factors affecting the amount of replenishment calculation, through the simulation calculation of the distribution center replenishment experience formula, the actual time for the simulation formula calculation, draw a certain reference value, synchronization to the system platform to the procurement department.
In order to solve the problem of the efficiency of the distribution center, this paper proposes the RF handheld terminal combined with the SAP system to complete the daily operation, replan and optimize the channel of the distribution center, the shelves, the sorting of commodity categories, the ABC classification, the assignment strategy of adjacent batches and the two kinds of sorting and sorting methods.
At the end of this paper, we show readers the supply chain management optimization scheme based on POS and SAP to build high-end supermarket through a practical project of high end supermarket. Through the two development of POS subsystem, SAP system and the RF subsystem handheld scanning terminal, the recycling replenishment platform is designed to realize the automatic + Manual combination of the store post warehouse distribution center. The cycle replenishment, and by configuring the WMS module of the SAP system to achieve ABC classification and the adjacent batch of shelves strategy, and the key points of multiple picking methods parallel.
