拓維信息系統(tǒng)公司人才管理研究

【摘要】:作為最重要的戰(zhàn)略性資源,雄厚的人才基礎(chǔ)是促使高新技術(shù)企業(yè)快速發(fā)展的源泉,身為高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的拓維公司,主要也是通過知識(shí)型人才創(chuàng)造效益。因此,是否擁有合適的人才便成了企業(yè)贏得戰(zhàn)役的決勝所在。但拓維公司目前卻還沒有人才管理的理念及相關(guān)制度,并且在人才成本上卻花費(fèi)高昂。落后的人才選拔機(jī)制、人才供求上的不匹配以及人才流動(dòng)率居高不下,使得公司的一些核心業(yè)務(wù)被迫放棄與暫停,嚴(yán)重影響了公司的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)。 為了打贏以人才為本的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之戰(zhàn),本文旨在針對(duì)拓維公司的人才問題打造出此篇人才管理方案。通過對(duì)人才管理和供應(yīng)鏈管理等大量的文獻(xiàn)研究,將人才管理戰(zhàn)略等先進(jìn)思想帶到了本論文中,通過實(shí)際走訪與調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)了人才流失等問題的原因,基于對(duì)人力資源與人才管理等相關(guān)理論的研究,針對(duì)拓維公司的人才管理問題一一列舉了解決方案。 本文的對(duì)拓維公司的建議及研究成果如下:成立拓維人才管理中心,并且由人才管理中心牽頭,進(jìn)一步量體裁衣根據(jù)企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)一步提出切實(shí)可行的管理辦法,吸引、激勵(lì)核心人才。將人才細(xì)分,人力規(guī)劃等思想引進(jìn)了拓維公司的管理高層。為解決公司人才選拔機(jī)制落后,人才供求不匹配,人才流失嚴(yán)重的三大問題,精心打造了公司的識(shí)才,用才,留才體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上還引入了一些目前比較領(lǐng)先的管理思想,比如戰(zhàn)略人力規(guī)劃,,繼任計(jì)劃與職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃相融合,人才盤點(diǎn),有效的績(jī)效考核,人才審查,將人才的長(zhǎng)期預(yù)測(cè)分解為短期預(yù)測(cè),人才看板培養(yǎng)等等。本文研究的拓維公司的人才管理也為同類型公司提供參考和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:As the most important strategic resource, the strong talent base is the source to promote the rapid development of high-tech enterprises. As a high-tech enterprise, Tuowei Company mainly creates benefits through knowledge-based talents. Therefore, whether or not to have the right people is the decisive place for the enterprise to win the battle. But Toway has no idea of talent management and related system, and the cost of talent is high. The backward talent selection mechanism, the mismatch of talent supply and demand and the high rate of talent flow make some of the core business of the company forced to give up and suspend, which seriously affects the strategic development goal of the company. In order to win the competition of talent-based high-tech enterprises, this paper aims to create this talent management plan for the talent problem of Tuowei company. Through a lot of literature research on talent management and supply chain management, advanced ideas such as talent management strategy have been brought into this paper, and the reasons of brain drain have been found through actual visits and investigations. Based on the research of human resources and talent management, the author lists the solutions to the problems of talent management in Tuowei Company. The suggestions and research results of this paper are as follows: set up Tuowei Talent Management Center, and take the lead by the Talent Management Center, and further tailor according to the actual situation of the enterprise to further put forward practical management methods to attract, Encourage the core talents. Talent subdivision, manpower planning and other ideas into the top management of the company. In order to solve the three problems of backward talent selection mechanism, mismatch of talent supply and demand, and serious brain drain, the company's talent system has been built meticulously. On this basis, some advanced management ideas are introduced, such as strategic manpower planning, succession planning and career planning, talent inventory, effective performance appraisal, talent review, The long-term forecast will be decomposed into short-term forecasting, talent Kanban training and so on. The talent management of Tuowei Company studied in this paper also provides reference and significance for the same type companies.
