【摘要】：SG公司是一所具有悠久歷史的傳統(tǒng)制造型國有企業(yè)，采購成本占到了制造總成本的60%以上，采購管理工作是否完善更是決定了采購成本的高低。在SG公司采購管理中，采購過程效率低下、采購管理沒有得到應(yīng)有的重視、對供應(yīng)商管理沒有完善統(tǒng)一的章程可借鑒、沒有正確的引入信息化管理等，正成為阻礙SG公司采購管理工作發(fā)展的因素，這與當(dāng)前手表市場情況極不相符。 本文回顧了全球當(dāng)前的市場形勢以及國內(nèi)外關(guān)于采購和供應(yīng)鏈管理相關(guān)成果，結(jié)合SG公司的自身現(xiàn)狀，對SG公司的競爭地位及采購管理工作面臨的問題進行分析，從而提出了相應(yīng)的整改途徑和方式，制定完善的戰(zhàn)略、簡化工作流程、改進管理體系、重新編排機構(gòu)、制定供應(yīng)商管理體系、整合信息系統(tǒng)。論文結(jié)尾對未來國際化和綠色采購等新型采購模式進行了預(yù)想，為SG公司采購管理工作的進一步提升提供依據(jù)。 本文最終達到的目的是通過對SG公司這樣的制造型公司采購管理的改進研究，進一步提升SG公司采購工作的效率，使之能夠在加入良好的采購管理體系之后，在降低成本、保證生產(chǎn)供給、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等方面取得成效，以及使其同各個相關(guān)方競爭合同的關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)化為戰(zhàn)略伙伴的共贏關(guān)系，，增強公司在市場中綜合競爭實力。
[Abstract]:SG Company is a traditional manufacturing state-owned enterprise with a long history. The purchasing cost accounts for more than 60% of the total manufacturing cost. Whether the procurement management is perfect or not determines the purchase cost. In the procurement management of SG Company, the procurement process is inefficient, the procurement management has not been given due attention, there is no perfect and unified articles of association for the supplier management, there is no correct introduction of information management, etc. SG is becoming a hindrance to the development of procurement management, which is very inconsistent with the current watch market. This paper reviews the current global market situation and related achievements in procurement and supply chain management at home and abroad, and analyzes the competitive position of SG Company and the problems faced by procurement management in combination with the current situation of SG Company. Therefore, it puts forward the corresponding ways and means of rectification and reform, formulates the perfect strategy, simplifies the work flow, improves the management system, rearranges the organization, formulates the supplier management system, and integrates the information system. At the end of the paper, the author foresees new purchasing modes such as internationalization and green purchasing, which provides basis for further improvement of SG company's purchasing management. The purpose of this paper is to improve the purchasing efficiency of SG Company by studying the improvement of procurement management of manufacturing companies such as SG Company, so that it can reduce the cost after joining a good purchasing management system. To ensure the production and supply, to improve the quality of products and so on, and to make the relationship between the competition contract with the relevant parties into a win-win relationship with strategic partners, and to enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of the company in the market.
