【摘要】：目的在多個(gè)院區(qū)的背景下,構(gòu)建以單院區(qū)消毒、多院區(qū)配送共享的供應(yīng)室消毒物資供應(yīng)鏈管理新模式,最大程度控制多院區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。方法構(gòu)建多院區(qū)供應(yīng)鏈管理模式,設(shè)置三級(jí)管理人員架構(gòu),配置物品轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)工具,制訂院間物品轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)流程,并進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制。結(jié)果提高了儀器設(shè)備的使用率,降低了儀器設(shè)備的經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,節(jié)約了人力成本,節(jié)省了工作用房面積。結(jié)論多院區(qū)供應(yīng)室供應(yīng)鏈管理在控制各項(xiàng)成本的同時(shí),確保多院區(qū)消毒物品的供應(yīng),使多個(gè)院區(qū)的器械得到了統(tǒng)一管理,手術(shù)器械進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)配。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct a new supply chain management model of supply room disinfection materials with single hospital area disinfection and multi-hospital distribution sharing under the background of multiple hospital districts, and to control the operation cost of multi-hospital district to the greatest extent. Methods the multi-hospital supply chain management model was constructed, the three-level management staff structure was set up, the goods transfer tools were configured, the inter-hospital goods transfer process was worked out, and the quality control was carried out. The results showed that the utilization rate of instrument and equipment was increased, the expenditure of instrument and equipment was reduced, the labor cost was saved, and the working room area was saved. Conclusion the supply chain management of multi-hospital supply room not only controls the cost, but also ensures the supply of disinfectant in multi-hospital area, so that the instruments in many hospital areas are managed uniformly and the surgical instruments are properly allocated.
