【摘要】：在企業(yè)流程再造理論(BPR)的基礎上,結合施工企業(yè)采購流程現(xiàn)狀,對施工企業(yè)流程再造條件下的采購流程進行了設計,對集中采購過程中克服集權和壟斷的對策進行了分析,同時對流程再造的條件及其約束因素進行了分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of BPR, the paper designs the purchasing process under the condition of process reengineering of construction enterprise, and analyzes the countermeasures to overcome the centralization and monopoly in the process of centralized purchasing. At the same time, the conditions and constraints of process reengineering are analyzed.
