【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程明顯加快。新型城鎮(zhèn)化背負(fù)著擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、拉動(dòng)增長(zhǎng)的重?fù)?dān),城鎮(zhèn)化水平的發(fā)展也己成為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的引擎,快速地推進(jìn)了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。然而2013年的城鎮(zhèn)化率才剛達(dá)到53.73%,與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的75%-80%城鎮(zhèn)化率差別較大,河南省差距更大,鄭州市作為立足中原、服務(wù)全國(guó)的國(guó)際化航空大都市,合村并城項(xiàng)目的順利開(kāi)展,將直接促進(jìn)我國(guó)的新型城鎮(zhèn)化水平的提高。目前對(duì)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的政策制定和研究比較成熟,但對(duì)于具體的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施研究相對(duì)欠缺。因此,對(duì)于新型城鎮(zhèn)化中重要的組成部分,合村并城項(xiàng)目的研究具有重要的理論和實(shí)際意義,特別是對(duì)合村并城項(xiàng)目物流供應(yīng)鏈的源頭,材料設(shè)備的供應(yīng)商的研究。 基于以上背景,本文首先對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目材料設(shè)備的采購(gòu)模式的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了分析,確定了合村并城項(xiàng)目所采用的供應(yīng)商選擇的運(yùn)作流程以及評(píng)價(jià)模型。其次,總結(jié)合村并城項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)和相關(guān)經(jīng)典文獻(xiàn),對(duì)所采用模型中的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行歸類(lèi)和整理。最后,結(jié)合鄭州市M合村并城項(xiàng)目,依據(jù)材料設(shè)備的性質(zhì),把供應(yīng)商分為三大類(lèi),選取了具有代表性的戰(zhàn)略供應(yīng)商,進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的供應(yīng)商選擇和管理,保證了合村并城項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)質(zhì)量和成本,進(jìn)而可以促進(jìn)鄭州市新型城鎮(zhèn)化的更好更快的發(fā)展,也為新型城鎮(zhèn)化中合村并城項(xiàng)目的材料設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的選擇提供科學(xué)可靠的理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, China's new urbanization process is obviously accelerated. New urbanization bears the burden of expanding domestic demand and stimulating growth. The development of urbanization level has also become the engine of economic growth, which has rapidly promoted the economic development of our country. However, the urbanization rate in 2013 has just reached 53.73, which is quite different from the 75% -80% urbanization rate in developed countries, and the disparity in Henan Province is even greater. Zhengzhou City, as an international aviation metropolis based in the Central Plains and serving the whole country, has successfully carried out the project of combining villages and cities. It will directly promote the improvement of the new urbanization level of our country. At present, the policy-making and research on new-type urbanization is relatively mature, but the research on the implementation of specific projects is relatively lacking. Therefore, for the important part of the new urbanization, the research on the project of combining village and city has important theoretical and practical significance, especially the study of the source of logistics supply chain and the supplier of materials and equipment. Based on the above background, this paper first analyzes the relevant theory of material and equipment procurement model of engineering project, and determines the operation process and evaluation model of supplier selection used in the project. Secondly, it classifies and arranges the supplier evaluation index system in the model combined with the characteristics of village and city project and relevant classical literature. Finally, according to the nature of materials and equipment, the suppliers are divided into three categories, the representative strategic suppliers are selected, and the corresponding suppliers are selected and managed. Ensuring the construction quality and cost of the joint village and city project, thus promoting the better and faster development of the new type of urbanization in Zhengzhou. It also provides scientific and reliable theoretical basis and practical guidance for the selection of materials and equipment suppliers in the new urbanization project.
