【摘要】:近年來,宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長在大數(shù)據(jù)的推動下顛覆性的改變。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代加劇了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的復(fù)雜性,傳統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新模式面臨著被顛覆的危險,基于大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)用的客戶全流程參與創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為創(chuàng)新趨勢。大數(shù)據(jù)成為科技創(chuàng)新的重要驅(qū)動力和企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的重要來源,大數(shù)據(jù)的戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系到國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全和國家競爭力。我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和企業(yè)面臨著轉(zhuǎn)方式、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)的需要,大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)提升到國家戰(zhàn)略高度,需要從國家層面來推動大數(shù)據(jù)的戰(zhàn)略定位、收集分析和行業(yè)應(yīng)用,通過對海量數(shù)據(jù)的分析與挖掘,提升把握及預(yù)測能力。H公司的經(jīng)營活動信息均沉淀在特定的數(shù)據(jù)庫里,面臨著如何分析、建構(gòu)大數(shù)據(jù)時代全新的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與管理模式創(chuàng)新等一系列重大問題。而以大數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)的技術(shù)手段為H公司的精益管理與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新提供了決策工具,通過對大數(shù)據(jù)分析、預(yù)測會使H公司管理決策更科學(xué)準(zhǔn)確,同時對企業(yè)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新尤其重要。研究以大數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)的管理創(chuàng)新解決方案,是H公司產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的重要手段和發(fā)展趨勢。同時,大數(shù)據(jù)管理創(chuàng)新是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程,需要多個方面同步開展工作,為我國科技創(chuàng)新和企業(yè)創(chuàng)新營造更加良好的環(huán)境。 本文通過探討大數(shù)據(jù)的基本概念及本質(zhì),對整個大數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了基礎(chǔ)的分析。H公司作為我國制造業(yè)的領(lǐng)頭羊,在引領(lǐng)中國制造業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展中扮演了重要的角色,在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略歷程上經(jīng)歷了名牌戰(zhàn)略、多元化戰(zhàn)略、國際化戰(zhàn)略、全球化品牌發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略四個階段。面對第三次工業(yè)革命帶來的沖擊,在大數(shù)據(jù)時代的到來之際,H公司要站在全球戰(zhàn)略高度上來重新審視、定位、規(guī)劃企業(yè)未來創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的新模式。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大數(shù)據(jù)時代將顛覆傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的管理和研究方法,采用科學(xué)的分析框架可以獲取目標(biāo)客戶的需求資料,激活原先的CRM數(shù)據(jù)庫,,通過對大數(shù)據(jù)的研究開發(fā)與應(yīng)用,建構(gòu)基于大數(shù)據(jù)下的創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略管理體系,以此來滿足創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)的需求。大數(shù)據(jù)時代下H公司的創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略意義不是具有對龐大數(shù)據(jù)信息量的掌控,而是對其中有價值的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行專業(yè)化的處理分析、提取凝練、整合大數(shù)據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈,建立跨領(lǐng)域技術(shù)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,來實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的重組和“增值”,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)跨越式的發(fā)展。 通過分析國內(nèi)外發(fā)達(dá)國家創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的研究來闡述大數(shù)據(jù)對科技創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的影響,并結(jié)合H公司的實(shí)例來對我國新時期下科技創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略在企業(yè)中的運(yùn)用予以例證,從而揭示大數(shù)據(jù)能夠有效的帶動政府和企業(yè)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,對我國企業(yè)的科學(xué)發(fā)展有所啟示,能夠逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)智慧企業(yè)、智慧中國,帶動中國企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,打造中國經(jīng)濟(jì)升級版。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the growth of macro economy has changed subversive with the promotion of large data. The Internet era has intensified the complexity of industrial innovation. The traditional innovation model is facing the danger of being subverted. The whole process of customer process participation based on large data strategic application has become the trend of innovation. Big data has become an important driving force for scientific and technological innovation. The important source of enterprise innovation, the strategy of big data is related to the national economic security and national competitiveness. China's economy and enterprises are facing the way of transfer, the need of adjusting the structure, the big data industry has been promoted to the national strategic height. It is necessary to promote the strategic positioning of the big data from the national level, collect analysis and industry application, through the mass number. According to the analysis and mining, the management activity information of.H company is precipitated in a specific database. It is faced with a series of major problems, such as how to analyze the new product innovation in the era of big data, the innovation of enterprise technology and the innovation of management mode, and the lean data based technical means for the lean H company Management and enterprise innovation provide a decision-making tool. Through the analysis of large data, the prediction will make the H company management decision more scientific and accurate, and it is especially important for enterprise scientific innovation. It is an important means and development trend to study the management innovation solution based on large data. It is also an important means and trend of industrial transformation and upgrading of H company. At the same time, the innovation of large data management innovation It is a systematic project which needs synchronous work in many aspects to create a better environment for China's scientific and technological innovation and enterprise innovation.
Based on the basic concept and essence of large data, this paper analyses the whole large data system, and analyzes.H company as the leader of China's manufacturing industry. It plays an important role in leading the sustainable development of China's manufacturing industry. It has experienced famous brand strategy, diversification strategy, international strategy, and the strategy in the process of technological innovation. In the four stages of the strategy of developing the brand, facing the impact of the third industrial revolution, at the time of the arrival of the big data age, H company should reexamine, locate and plan the new mode of the future innovation and development of the enterprise at the height of the global strategy. The research finds that the era of big data will subvert the management and research methods of traditional enterprises and adopt the methods of research and study. The scientific analysis framework can obtain the requirement data of the target customers, activate the original CRM database, develop and apply the large data, and construct the innovation strategy management system based on the large data to meet the needs of the innovative enterprise. In the era of big data, the innovative strategic significance of the H company is not with the huge data. The control of the amount of information is the specialized processing analysis of the valuable data, the extraction of condensed matter, the integration of the large data supply chain and the establishment of the synergistic innovation mechanism of cross domain technology to realize the reorganization and "value-added" of the data so as to realize the leap forward development of the enterprise.
Through the analysis of the research on the innovation strategy of the developed countries at home and abroad, this paper expounds the influence of large data on the strategy of scientific and technological innovation, and illustrates the application of the scientific and technological innovation strategy under the new period of China with the examples of the H company, thus revealing that the large data can effectively drive the government and enterprises to innovate, and the science of our enterprises. Development has inspired us to gradually realize smart enterprises, smart China, drive technological innovation of Chinese enterprises, achieve economic transformation and development, and create an upgraded version of China's economy.
