【摘要】:隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變得愈來(lái)愈激烈,企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),現(xiàn)在判斷一個(gè)企業(yè)的實(shí)力,不只看這個(gè)企業(yè)的實(shí)力,而且要考慮其供應(yīng)鏈中的供應(yīng)商、零售商。供應(yīng)鏈總庫(kù)存成本是一個(gè)判斷供應(yīng)鏈實(shí)力的有效因素,現(xiàn)階段比較流行的供應(yīng)鏈管理庫(kù)存方式中,由供應(yīng)商來(lái)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈總庫(kù)存進(jìn)行管理能有效的降低整體供應(yīng)鏈的庫(kù)存水平,但是由于信息不對(duì)稱(chēng),供應(yīng)商往往會(huì)放大需求,從而形成“牛鞭效應(yīng)”,導(dǎo)致過(guò)高的需求,,從而造成不必要的浪費(fèi)。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象,因此有學(xué)者提出采取聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存的方式,供應(yīng)商與制造商共享信息,共擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)信息對(duì)稱(chēng),從而遏制需求放大的現(xiàn)象。 本文是建立在聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存的基礎(chǔ)上,研究云計(jì)算環(huán)境對(duì)實(shí)施庫(kù)存管理的影響,另外還研究在云計(jì)算環(huán)境下如何將產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存結(jié)合起來(lái),以便更加有效的進(jìn)行庫(kù)存管理。在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,研究了云計(jì)算環(huán)境下制造型企業(yè)如何實(shí)施聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存以及與傳統(tǒng)環(huán)境下實(shí)施聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存兩種模式的異同之處,并分析了云計(jì)算環(huán)境下制造型企業(yè)實(shí)施云計(jì)算的優(yōu)勢(shì)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),并通過(guò)數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)比了是否實(shí)施聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈總庫(kù)存成本的影響,構(gòu)建基于產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的多產(chǎn)品聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存模型,并通過(guò)具體算例對(duì)其進(jìn)行論證。云計(jì)算是未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和方向,企業(yè)如果想在“云時(shí)代”獲得長(zhǎng)久發(fā)展,那么必須要利用云計(jì)算這一先進(jìn)技術(shù),將其與供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存管理想結(jié)合。 研究結(jié)果表明在云計(jì)算環(huán)境下實(shí)施聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存要對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和整合,才能更好的發(fā)揮聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存的作用,并利用云計(jì)算超強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力為企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)服務(wù)。以多對(duì)一的兩層級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈為研究對(duì)象,將聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存與產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)合起來(lái),制造商根據(jù)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)中重要的零部件進(jìn)行訂貨,然后再按照BOM表中的比例來(lái)確定其他非重要零部件的訂購(gòu)量。通過(guò)算例可知按照BOM表實(shí)施聯(lián)合管理庫(kù)存能夠有效地降低供應(yīng)鏈整體庫(kù)存水平,并且能夠簡(jiǎn)化庫(kù)存管理過(guò)程和節(jié)約庫(kù)存管理時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:As the market competition becomes more and more fierce, the competition between enterprises gradually changes into the competition of supply chain. Now judging the strength of an enterprise, not only depends on the strength of the enterprise, but also considers the suppliers and retailers in its supply chain. Supply chain total inventory cost is an effective factor to judge supply chain strength. In the current popular supply chain management inventory mode, the supplier can effectively reduce the overall supply chain inventory level. However, due to asymmetric information, suppliers often enlarge demand, thus forming "bullwhip effect", resulting in excessive demand, resulting in unnecessary waste. In view of this phenomenon, some scholars propose to adopt the way of joint inventory management, in which suppliers and manufacturers share information, share risks and realize information symmetry, so as to curb the phenomenon of demand amplification. Based on the joint inventory management, this paper studies the impact of cloud computing environment on the implementation of inventory management. In addition, it also studies how to combine product structure with joint management inventory in cloud computing environment. In order to more effective inventory management. On the basis of previous studies, this paper studies the similarities and differences between manufacturing enterprises in cloud computing environment how to implement joint management inventory and the traditional environment to implement joint management inventory. The advantages, risks and key points of manufacturing enterprises implementing cloud computing in cloud computing environment are analyzed, and the effects of joint inventory management on the total inventory cost of supply chain are compared by mathematical model. A multi-product joint management inventory model based on product structure is constructed and demonstrated by concrete examples. Cloud computing is the development trend and direction in the future. If enterprises want to obtain long-term development in the "cloud age", they must use cloud computing as an advanced technology to combine it with supply chain inventory management. The results show that the implementation of joint management inventory in cloud computing environment needs to optimize and integrate the supply chain in order to better play the role of joint management inventory. And make use of cloud computing super data processing ability for enterprise information construction service. Taking the many-to-one two-level supply chain as the research object, the joint management inventory is combined with the product structure, and the manufacturer orders according to the important parts in the product structure. Then determine the order quantity of other non-important parts according to the proportion of BOM table. The example shows that the implementation of joint inventory management according to BOM table can effectively reduce the overall inventory level of the supply chain, and can simplify the inventory management process and save inventory management time.
