基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的制造企業(yè)供應鏈管理研究

【摘要】:隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)新一代信息技術的發(fā)展其應用越來越廣泛,將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應用于我國制造企業(yè)供應鏈管理中,能夠提升制造企業(yè)供應鏈效率,增強企業(yè)競爭力。但是我國到目前為止制造企業(yè)供應鏈管理運用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的現(xiàn)狀卻不盡人意,本文試圖分析其中原因并提出制造企業(yè)運用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的決策模型和管理路徑,希望能對我國制造企業(yè)供應鏈管理水平的提高有所助益。 本文主要內容在于制造業(yè)企業(yè)的供應鏈管理優(yōu)化,,分析得出物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在制造業(yè)企業(yè)供應鏈中的應用決策以及基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的制造企業(yè)供應鏈管理路徑。梳理國內制造企業(yè)供應鏈運轉中的普遍模式,理清模式存在的問題,分析物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對供應鏈各環(huán)節(jié)的影響,以及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對供應鏈管理中客戶價值的影響,據(jù)此分析得出我國制造企業(yè)供應鏈管理的應用決策和供應鏈管理路徑。 本文的主要研究內容: 1、分析物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對制造企業(yè)各個環(huán)節(jié)和客戶價值的影響。由于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對制造企業(yè)供應鏈信息傳遞的改善,使得供應鏈管理的各個環(huán)節(jié)自動化程度、安全性、效率均得到改善。提升了供應鏈管理中的客戶價值:降低客戶成本、節(jié)約客戶時間、促進客戶服務、保證產品質量、提高客戶讓渡價值。 2、從降低企業(yè)成本和提高客戶價值兩方面提出我國制造企業(yè)應用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應用決策以及供應鏈管理路徑。根據(jù)企業(yè)對降低成本的要求和對提升客戶價值要求的不同將企業(yè)按矩陣進行劃分,建立企業(yè)應用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應用決策模型。
[Abstract]:With the development of the new generation of information technology in the Internet of things, the application of the Internet of things in the supply chain management of manufacturing enterprises in China can enhance the efficiency of supply chain and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.However, the present situation of supply chain management in manufacturing enterprises in our country is not satisfactory. This paper tries to analyze the reasons and put forward the decision model and management path for manufacturing enterprises to use the Internet of things.It is hoped that it will be helpful to the improvement of supply chain management level of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.The main content of this paper is the optimization of supply chain management in manufacturing enterprises. The application decision of Internet of things in the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises and the supply chain management path of manufacturing enterprises based on the Internet of things are analyzed.This paper combs the general mode of supply chain operation in domestic manufacturing enterprises, clarifies the problems existing in the mode, analyzes the influence of Internet of things on each link of supply chain, and the influence of Internet of things on customer value in supply chain management.Based on this analysis, the application decision and supply chain management path of supply chain management in Chinese manufacturing enterprises are obtained.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. Analyze the influence of Internet of things on each link of manufacturing enterprise and customer value.Due to the improvement of information transmission in supply chain by Internet of things, the degree of automation, security and efficiency of supply chain management are improved.Improve the customer value in supply chain management: reduce customer cost, save customer time, promote customer service, ensure product quality, improve customer delivery value.2. From the aspects of reducing enterprise cost and increasing customer value, this paper puts forward the application decision and supply chain management path of the application of Internet of things in Chinese manufacturing enterprises.According to the requirement of reducing cost and the requirement of improving customer value, the enterprise is divided according to the matrix, and the application decision model of the application of Internet of things is established.
