基于TPL的國內(nèi)汽車采購物流聯(lián)動機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著國內(nèi)居民人均收入的不斷提高,國內(nèi)汽車市場有了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,在市場及國外汽車品牌的帶動下,國產(chǎn)品牌汽車企業(yè)也有了快速的發(fā)展。國產(chǎn)品牌轎車與外資或合資品牌汽車的競爭中一直處于不利地位,國產(chǎn)品牌汽車在汽車研發(fā)技術(shù)及生產(chǎn)管理環(huán)節(jié)都要落后于外資品牌汽車。短時間內(nèi)在汽車技術(shù)上要達(dá)到國外品牌水準(zhǔn),基本是一件不可能的事情,因為大部分先進(jìn)汽車技術(shù)都被國外企業(yè)壟斷,而生產(chǎn)管理水平卻可以借鑒國外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗快速提高。汽車零部件采購物流是汽車制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理很重要的-環(huán),占用企業(yè)大量的資金成本,國內(nèi)汽車制造企業(yè)在此環(huán)節(jié)具有很大的提升空間。國產(chǎn)品牌汽車制造企業(yè)要想在國內(nèi)汽車市場上獲得更多的競爭優(yōu)勢,提高此環(huán)節(jié)的管理水平是必須進(jìn)行的步驟。汽車采購物流環(huán)節(jié)復(fù)雜程度高,與生產(chǎn)聯(lián)系緊密,在當(dāng)前第三方物流快速發(fā)展的背景下,供應(yīng)商、第三方物流及國內(nèi)整車制造企業(yè)三者之間的聯(lián)動機(jī)制研究可以為國產(chǎn)汽車制造企業(yè)提供實踐指導(dǎo)意義。 論文主要從供應(yīng)商管理,供應(yīng)鏈管理及精益生產(chǎn)的角度對國內(nèi)汽車采購物流環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了研究,主要工作涉及一下幾個部分: 第一通過國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的查閱和對比,分析了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對于汽車采購物流環(huán)節(jié)的研究現(xiàn)狀,給出本文研究的范圍及研究意義。 第二界定涉及汽車采購物流相關(guān)概念及理論,包括汽車物流、國內(nèi)汽車采購物流及第三方物流相關(guān)概念及特征,相關(guān)理論部分主要涉及采購管理理論、供應(yīng)鏈管理理論及精益思想理論。 第三結(jié)合個人工作經(jīng)驗、網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源及汽車采購物流相關(guān)從業(yè)人員的交流,對比國外品牌汽車制造企業(yè),運用SWOT方法從四個方面分析了國內(nèi)汽車采購物流環(huán)節(jié)的現(xiàn)狀及問題。 第四根據(jù)第三部分分析的問題提出供應(yīng)商參與的國內(nèi)汽車采購物流外包策略,闡述采購物流外包的優(yōu)勢,分析國內(nèi)汽車制造企業(yè)可選的兩種物流外包模式。研究汽車零部件供應(yīng)商的分類及參與第三方物流服務(wù)商選擇的步驟,從供應(yīng)商、第三方物流三個角度分析物流供應(yīng)商選擇影響因素,提出供應(yīng)商參與的第三方物流服務(wù)商的管理機(jī)制。 第五在市場競爭、信息共享平臺及物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的前提下建立供應(yīng)商、第三方物流及國內(nèi)整車制造企業(yè)聯(lián)動機(jī)制,通過流程圖分析聯(lián)動機(jī)制在采購物流運輸及倉儲環(huán)節(jié)的應(yīng)用,優(yōu)化國內(nèi)汽車制造企業(yè)零部件運輸及倉儲環(huán)節(jié)。 第六部分對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)并提出未來可以繼續(xù)研究的方向
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the per capita income of domestic residents, the domestic automobile market has developed by leaps and bounds. Under the impetus of the market and foreign automobile brands, the domestic brand automobile enterprises have also had a rapid development.Domestic brand cars are always in a disadvantageous position in the competition with foreign or joint-venture brands, and domestic brand cars lag behind foreign brands in R & D technology and production management.In a short period of time, it is impossible to reach the foreign brand level in automobile technology, because most of the advanced automobile technology is monopolized by foreign enterprises, but the production management level can be improved rapidly by foreign advanced experience.The purchasing logistics of automobile parts is very important in the production management of automobile manufacturing enterprises, which occupies a large amount of capital cost of the enterprises. The domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises have a great space to improve in this link.In order to gain more competitive advantage in domestic automobile market, it is necessary to improve the management level of this link.Automobile procurement logistics links are highly complex and closely related to production. In the context of the rapid development of third-party logistics, suppliers,The research on the linkage mechanism between the third party logistics and domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises can provide practical guidance for domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises.This paper mainly studies the domestic automobile purchasing logistics from the aspects of supplier management, supply chain management and lean production. The main work involves the following parts:First, through the reference and comparison of domestic and foreign literature, this paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign scholars' research on automobile procurement logistics, and gives the scope and significance of this study.The second definition involves the related concepts and theories of automobile procurement logistics, including automobile logistics, domestic automobile procurement logistics and third party logistics.Supply chain management theory and lean thought theory.Third, combining with personal working experience, network resources and the exchange of related personnel of automobile procurement logistics, compared with foreign brand automobile manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of domestic automobile procurement logistics from four aspects by using SWOT method.Fourth, according to the problems of the third part, this paper puts forward the domestic automobile procurement outsourcing strategy in which suppliers participate, expounds the advantages of procurement logistics outsourcing, and analyzes the two optional logistics outsourcing modes for domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises.This paper studies the classification of automobile parts suppliers and the steps of participating in the selection of third-party logistics service providers, and analyzes the factors affecting the selection of logistics suppliers from the perspective of suppliers and third-party logistics.This paper puts forward the management mechanism of the third party logistics service provider in which the supplier participates.Fifth, under the premise of market competition, information sharing platform and logistics standardization, establish the linkage mechanism of supplier, third party logistics and domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises, and analyze the application of linkage mechanism in purchasing logistics, transportation and warehousing by flow chart.Optimize parts transportation and warehousing in domestic auto manufacturing enterprises.The sixth part summarizes the full text and puts forward the direction that can be further studied in the future.
