【摘要】：在時變需求下,供應鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)靜態(tài)均衡模型不能描述上下游成員的訂單、庫存以及采購價格隨時間的變化的傳播過程.通過在靜態(tài)均衡模型中引入了時間變量,本文構(gòu)建了供應鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)動態(tài)均衡模型,以描述供應鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)各成員訂單、庫存和價格的時變特征.基于歷史的訂單、采購\銷售價格等信息,給出了供應鏈成員考慮訂單提前期和庫存成本的訂單生成策略的數(shù)學描述.建立了供應鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)動態(tài)競爭均衡變分不等式模型,利用變分不等式方法給出了等價的動態(tài)均衡條件,并設(shè)計了求解模型的有效算法.算例研究表明:文中建立的動態(tài)模型不僅能嵌入不同的訂單生成策略,還能分析包括牛鞭效應在內(nèi)的多種供應鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)問題.本文所提出的模型為探究供應鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)時空演化行為提供了有力的工具.
[Abstract]:Under the time-varying demand, the static equilibrium model of supply chain network can not describe the propagation process of the order, inventory and purchase price of upstream and downstream members with time. In this paper, a dynamic equilibrium model of supply chain network is constructed to describe the time-varying characteristics of order, inventory and price of each member of supply chain network. The mathematical description of order generation strategy for supply chain members considering order lead time and inventory cost is given. The variational inequality model of dynamic competition equilibrium of supply chain network is established, and the equivalent dynamic equilibrium condition is given by using variational inequality method. An effective algorithm is designed to solve the model. The example shows that the dynamic model can not only embed different order generation strategies. The model presented in this paper provides a powerful tool for exploring the spatiotemporal evolution behavior of supply chain networks.
