【摘要】：在制造商受專利保護(hù)的條件下,建立含有一個(gè)能自行回收的制造商及一個(gè)具有再制造能力的回收商的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈模型。采用Stackelberg博弈、Kuhn-tucker條件等方法研究了兩種策略不授權(quán)再制造(策略S)及授權(quán)回收商進(jìn)行再制造(策略D)之后,通過算例分析,討論再制造所節(jié)約的成本和單位專利費(fèi)用對(duì)閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈參與者利潤及決策的影響。結(jié)果表明,再制品供不應(yīng)求的市場中,只有當(dāng)回收商再制造成本低于制造商時(shí),制造商才會(huì)授權(quán)其進(jìn)行再制造。
[Abstract]:Under the condition that the manufacturer is protected by patent, a closed-loop supply chain model with a self-recyclable manufacturer and a recycler with remanufacturing capability is established. The Stackelberg game is used. Kuhn-tucker condition and other methods studied two kinds of policy non-authorized remanufacturing (strategy S) and authorized recycler to do remanufacturing (policy D), and then analyzed by a numerical example. This paper discusses the effects of the cost saved by remanufacturing and the unit patent cost on the profit and decision of the participants in the closed-loop supply chain. The results show that the supply of remanufactured goods exceeds supply in the market. The manufacturer will only authorize the recycler to remanufacture if the cost of remanufacturing is lower than that of the manufacturer.
