【摘要】：提升社會(huì)公信力,最重要的是政府在公共管理服務(wù)中職能的轉(zhuǎn)變。這不單是服務(wù)型政府建設(shè)的必然要求,也是整個(gè)社會(huì)公信力建設(shè)發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。因此,必須認(rèn)真分析當(dāng)前政府公共服務(wù)在行政上、利益上以及社會(huì)空間服務(wù)上存在的不足,從理念、路徑、法制等方面提出建設(shè)服務(wù)型政府的路徑,以促進(jìn)服務(wù)型政府建設(shè),提升公共管理服務(wù)能力。
[Abstract]:To enhance the credibility of the society, the most important thing is the transformation of the function of the government in the public administration service. This is not only the inevitable requirement of the construction of service-oriented government, but also the inevitable result of the construction of public trust of the whole society. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the shortcomings of the current government public service in administration, interest and social space service, and put forward the path of constructing service-oriented government from the aspects of concept, path, legal system and so on, in order to promote the construction of service-oriented government. Improve the ability of public management services.
