【摘要】：在"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"的理念被廣泛接受和各類城市問題日趨嚴重情況下,"智慧城市"的提出為人們解決城市化進程中遇到的各種問題提供了一種創(chuàng)新思路。而在此過程中政府如何通過采用信息化技術(shù)掌握基礎(chǔ)的城市建設(shè)核心數(shù)據(jù),并在此基礎(chǔ)上開展工程建設(shè)全過程數(shù)字化監(jiān)管和公共管理,推進和實現(xiàn)智慧城市建設(shè),進一步打造服務(wù)型政府,是值得探討的問題。因而本文從智慧城市建設(shè)所需的建筑信息采集入手,結(jié)合為之提供支持的BIM技術(shù)應用,對建設(shè)工程政務(wù)監(jiān)管模式進行分析和探討。
[Abstract]:Under the condition that the concept of "Internet" is widely accepted and all kinds of urban problems are becoming more and more serious, the proposal of "Smart City" provides an innovative way for people to solve the various problems encountered in the process of urbanization. In this process, how to use the information technology to master the core data of urban construction, and on this basis to carry out digital supervision and public management in the whole process of engineering construction, to promote and realize the construction of intelligent city, Further building a service-oriented government, is worth exploring the problem. Therefore, this paper starts with the collection of building information needed for the construction of intelligent city, combining with the application of BIM technology to support it, and analyzes and probes into the mode of government administration supervision of construction engineering.
