【摘要】：筆者參加《公共管理案例》翻譯項(xiàng)目,負(fù)責(zé)20000字?jǐn)?shù)的中譯英翻譯。本文對(duì)文本中的中國(guó)特色詞匯進(jìn)行分析,并在目的論指導(dǎo)下總結(jié)中國(guó)特色詞匯翻譯方法。在參加《公共管理案例》翻譯項(xiàng)目的過(guò)程中,筆者通過(guò)文本分析發(fā)現(xiàn)文本中的中國(guó)特色詞匯翻譯是個(gè)難點(diǎn)也是關(guān)鍵。筆者參考邢杰、甘露對(duì)中國(guó)特色詞匯研究,將文本中的中國(guó)特色詞匯分為三類:經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)現(xiàn)象詞匯,制度政策詞匯以及習(xí)語(yǔ)諺語(yǔ)。在翻譯過(guò)程中,譯文的忠實(shí)程度和形式一定程度取決于目的,并在一定程度上忠實(shí)原文。筆者以目的論為指導(dǎo),發(fā)現(xiàn)目的論三原則(目的原則、連貫原則和忠實(shí)原則)對(duì)公共管理案例中的中國(guó)特色詞匯的翻譯具有指導(dǎo)作用,通過(guò)對(duì)譯文的分析,總結(jié)了不同翻譯原則下所采用的翻譯方法:直譯,音譯,意譯,直譯加解釋,音譯加解釋以及文化替代等翻譯方法,盡可能實(shí)現(xiàn)忠實(shí)原文、語(yǔ)內(nèi)連貫。
[Abstract]:The author participates in the Public Administration case Translation Project and is responsible for translating 20000 words into Chinese and English. Under the guidance of Skopos theory, this paper analyzes the Chinese characteristic words in the text and summarizes the translation methods of Chinese characteristic words. In the process of participating in the translation project of Public Management case, the author finds that the translation of Chinese characteristic words in the text is a difficult and key point through text analysis. The author refers to Xing Jie and Mannu's study of Chinese characteristic words and classifies them into three categories: economic and social phenomenon vocabulary, institutional policy vocabulary and idiom proverbs. In the process of translation, the fidelity and form of the translation depend on the purpose and the original text to a certain extent. Under the guidance of Skopos theory, the author finds that the three principles of Skopos (Skopos principle, coherence principle and faithfulness principle) play a guiding role in the translation of words with Chinese characteristics in public management cases. This paper summarizes the translation methods adopted under different translation principles: literal translation, transliteration, free translation, literal translation plus interpretation, transliteration plus interpretation and cultural substitution.
