【摘要】：正一、政府部門間協(xié)調(diào)配合機(jī)制建設(shè)情況經(jīng)過多輪政府機(jī)構(gòu)改革,泰興市初步形成了"大計(jì)劃、大農(nóng)業(yè)、大工業(yè)、大建設(shè)、大交通、大社保"等大部門機(jī)構(gòu)。但由于市政府作為直接面向基層進(jìn)行公共管理、提供公共服務(wù)、協(xié)調(diào)利益關(guān)系、化解社會(huì)矛盾、提供基本公共服務(wù)的責(zé)任主體,受人員編制相對(duì)較少等因素的制約,政府部門間需要協(xié)調(diào)配合解決的事情仍然很多。近年來(lái),泰興市在政府部門協(xié)調(diào)配合制度建設(shè)上主要采取了以下幾種形式:
