【摘要】：一直以來,村民自治沒有很好地解決制度"落地"的問題,在實踐與研究中表現(xiàn)出弱化的現(xiàn)象。這種弱化在本質(zhì)上主要源于村民自治制度的理論設(shè)計之初缺少對中國農(nóng)村社會本源型制度的關(guān)懷,導(dǎo)致村民自治實踐缺乏文化與社會根基支撐。在經(jīng)濟社會環(huán)境深度變遷與治理范式濫用等多重因素的推動下,村民自治的實踐與研究顯現(xiàn)出愈發(fā)困難的境況。村民自治需要尋"根",即中國農(nóng)村的家戶制傳統(tǒng)以及由此產(chǎn)生的農(nóng)民行動的家戶主義邏輯。而均衡村民自治與家戶主義邏輯之間的矛盾,關(guān)鍵在于自治單元向村莊共同體的回歸、共同經(jīng)濟的實現(xiàn)以及行政性力量的外部引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The villager autonomy has not solved the problem of "landing" well, and has shown weakening phenomenon in practice and research. In essence, this weakening mainly stems from the lack of concern for the Chinese rural social origin system at the beginning of the theoretical design of the villager autonomy system, which leads to the lack of cultural and social foundation for the practice of villager autonomy. Driven by many factors, such as the deep change of economic and social environment and the abuse of governance paradigm, the practice and research of villager autonomy have become more and more difficult. The villager autonomy needs to find the root, that is, the family-household system tradition and the family-household logic of the peasant action in the Chinese countryside. The key to balance the contradiction between villager autonomy and the logic of family-household doctrine lies in the return of autonomy unit to village community the realization of common economy and the external guidance of administrative power.
