【摘要】：作為新公共管理的繼承者和修正者被提出來的后新公共管理,在三個維度全面超越了新公共管理的理論主張,一是權力重組,從強調分權到適度集權;二是結構重組,從機構裂化到主張機構協作與整合;三是關系重構,從倡導民營化到主張更加重視網絡化治理。后新公共管理的理論主張對當前中國的行政改革有著非常重要的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:As the successor and modifier of the new public management, the post-new public management has completely exceeded the theory of the new public management in three dimensions, one is the reorganization of power, from emphasizing decentralization to moderate centralization, the other is the restructuring of the structure. From institutional cracking to institutional cooperation and integration, the third is relationship reconstruction, from advocating privatization to advocating more attention to networked governance. The theory of post-new public management is of great significance to the current administrative reform in China.
