【摘要】：新時期,隨著社會政治經(jīng)濟體制的不斷改革以及社會矛盾的不斷變化,社會治理體制亟待完善。在國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化改革過程中,婦聯(lián)組織的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境發(fā)生了劇烈的變化。上海市婦聯(lián)如何凝聚女性力量,為黨分憂,為民謀利,在社會公共事務(wù)管理和服務(wù)中彰顯婦聯(lián)智慧,形成一套可復(fù)制、可推廣的上海群團創(chuàng)新改革經(jīng)驗,為上海市經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展貢獻力量,成為當(dāng)前亟待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:In the new period, with the constant reform of social political and economic system and the constant changes of social contradictions, the social governance system needs to be improved. In the process of modernization reform of national governance system and governance ability, the internal and external environment of women's federations has changed dramatically. How can the Shanghai Women's Federation gather women's strength, share worries for the party, seek for the benefit of the people, highlight the wisdom of the Women's Federation in the management and service of social public affairs, and form a set of replicable and popularized experiences in the innovation and reform of the Shanghai Qun Troupe? Contributing to the economic and social development of Shanghai has become an urgent problem to be solved.
