【摘要】：國外區(qū)域管理研究的特點和趨勢呈現(xiàn)出:區(qū)域規(guī)劃編制和實施研究與區(qū)域管理研究相比較,顯示出區(qū)域規(guī)劃編制和實施研究向區(qū)域管理研究過渡的趨勢及二者之間的融合趨勢;區(qū)域管理、區(qū)域公共管理、區(qū)域管制、區(qū)域管治和區(qū)域治理等概念之間尚存爭論,有待于進一步梳理;區(qū)域管理的實證研究較少,需要大量世界范圍內(nèi)區(qū)域管理實證研究的修正與補充;區(qū)域管理職能評價的理論還有完善的空間。國內(nèi)區(qū)域管理研究的特點和趨勢可概括為:對區(qū)域管理等類似的研究,以介紹和使用西方區(qū)域管理理論和模式為主,針對我國基本國情的基礎性區(qū)域管理研究并不充分;區(qū)域規(guī)劃編制和實施研究顯示出向區(qū)域管理研究過渡的趨勢,但實證研究薄弱;區(qū)域管理職能研究成果零散,還沒有納入一個統(tǒng)一的體系中進行研究;區(qū)域管理職能運行機制、區(qū)域管理職能評價研究薄弱。
[Abstract]:The characteristics and trends of the foreign regional management research show: compared with the regional management research, the regional planning and implementation research shows the trend of transition from the regional planning preparation and implementation research to the regional management research, and the trend of integration between the two; The concepts of regional management, regional public management, regional regulation, regional governance and regional governance still need to be further combed. It needs a lot of revision and supplement of the empirical research on regional management in the world, and the theory of regional management function evaluation still has perfect space. The characteristics and trends of domestic regional management research can be summarized as follows: introducing and using the western regional management theories and models, the basic regional management research on the basic conditions of our country is not sufficient; Regional planning and implementation studies show a trend towards transition to regional management research, but empirical research is weak; regional management function research results are scattered and have not yet been integrated into a unified system for research; regional management function operation mechanism. The research on evaluation of regional management function is weak.
