【摘要】：公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)與績(jī)效間關(guān)系是公共管理研究和爭(zhēng)議的熱點(diǎn)話題�；�"動(dòng)機(jī)—績(jī)效"假設(shè)構(gòu)建了公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)個(gè)體績(jī)效的直接促進(jìn)理論模型和傳導(dǎo)反應(yīng)理論模型。實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn):公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)個(gè)體績(jī)效及其三個(gè)因子均呈正向影響,公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)四個(gè)因子對(duì)個(gè)體績(jī)效亦呈正向影響,驗(yàn)證了直接促進(jìn)理論模型;工作滿意度對(duì)公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)個(gè)體績(jī)效有中介作用,中介效應(yīng)占總效應(yīng)的49.83%,驗(yàn)證了傳導(dǎo)反應(yīng)理論模型。
[Abstract]:The relationship between public service motivation and performance is a hot topic in public management research and controversy. Based on the hypothesis of "motivation-performance", this paper constructs a theoretical model of direct promotion of public service motivation to individual performance and a theoretical model of conduction response. The empirical analysis shows that public service motivation has a positive effect on individual performance and its three factors. The four factors of public service motivation have positive influence on individual performance, which verifies the theoretical model of direct promotion, and job satisfaction plays an intermediary role in individual performance. The intermediate effect accounts for 49.83% of the total effect, which verifies the theoretical model of conduction reaction.
