【摘要】：在推進(jìn)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的今天,農(nóng)村對(duì)公共管理人才的需求與日俱增。加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村公共管理人才資源開發(fā),充分發(fā)揮人才資源優(yōu)勢(shì),為縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距、促進(jìn)農(nóng)村平穩(wěn)快速發(fā)展提供智力支持。當(dāng)前,農(nóng)村公共管理人才開發(fā)過程中,存在人才引進(jìn)困難、人才管理不科學(xué)及激勵(lì)機(jī)制不健全等問題,為此,文章從引入機(jī)制、激勵(lì)機(jī)制以及管理機(jī)制等方面展開分析,旨在為農(nóng)村公共管理人才資源開發(fā)提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:In order to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, we should strengthen the development of rural public management talent resources, give full play to the advantages of human resources, in order to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. Promoting the steady and rapid development of rural areas provides intellectual support. At present, there are some problems in the development of rural public management talents, such as the difficulty of introducing talents, the unscientific management of talents and the unsound incentive mechanism. The incentive mechanism and management mechanism are analyzed in order to provide a useful reference for the development of human resources in rural public management.
