【摘要】：正20世紀(jì)80年代以來,隨著西方新公共管理理論的發(fā)展以及我國(guó)對(duì)新公共管理理論研究的深入,新公共管理運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)管理體制以及現(xiàn)代文檔工作都產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。新公共管理運(yùn)動(dòng)要求對(duì)文檔工作進(jìn)行改革,以更有效率的管理方法指導(dǎo)文檔工作的開展,發(fā)揮文檔工作的社會(huì)價(jià)值。分析這一新型的管理模式,有助于為文書檔案工作更好地開展指明方向。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, with the development of the western new public management theory and the in-depth study of the new public management theory in China. The new public management movement has a profound impact on the traditional management system as well as the modern document work. The new public management movement requires the reform of the document work. Using more efficient management methods to guide the development of document work and to give full play to the social value of document work. The analysis of this new management mode will help to point out the direction for the better development of the document and archives work.
