產(chǎn)品包裝綠色設(shè)計(jì)的研究
[Abstract]:The environmental pollution brought by product packaging is another major pollution after three kinds of pollution: water quality, ocean and air pollution. Excessive packaging and packaging garbage can not be recycled, which also causes serious waste of resources. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate the concept of green design into product packaging design and carry out research on green design of product packaging. In this paper, the existing household decoration packaging, furniture packaging, electronic commodity packaging and other representative packaging deconstruction analysis, test paper research, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the current market packaging, The concepts of "green design of packaging life cycle" and "integrated design of product and packaging" are put forward. The green design research is carried out from the aspects of material, structure and reuse of waste. The main contents are as follows: (1) based on the basic theory of market product packaging design, the green design idea is introduced into traditional product packaging, and the essence of product packaging design and green design and the relationship between them are discussed. The concepts of "green design of packaging life cycle" and "integrated design of product and packaging" are put forward to provide theoretical guidance for green design of product packaging. (2) based on the concept of green design, packaging materials, Packaging structure and packaging waste recycling three aspects of product packaging green design method, and green packaging design case analysis; (3) to carry out market research on green packaging design, statistical survey data, The design elements of packaging materials and packaging, green design materials and packaging structure are also analyzed. The influence of material, structure and shape on green packaging is analyzed from the consumer's point of view, which provides the basis for further designing green packaging suitable for consumers' preference. (4) according to the results of market research, Based on the concept of "Green Design of Packaging Life cycle" and "Product and Packaging Integration Design", the green design of several household products and mechanical and electrical products was carried out from the aspects of packaging materials, multi-functional packaging structure and diversified structure. The validity and practicability of theoretical application are verified. The research results of this paper have certain guidance and reference value for the development of domestic packaging industry.
