新型可變?nèi)萘靠照{(diào)系統(tǒng)的理論與實驗研究

【摘要】:針對冷暖空調(diào)在夏季制冷和冬季制熱運行時,由于室內(nèi)室外工況差異大而造成系統(tǒng)效率低的情況,本文提出了一種新的可變?nèi)萘靠照{(diào)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)在傳統(tǒng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)中壓縮機排氣(或者吸氣)的位置接入可變?nèi)莘e的變?nèi)菅b置,通過改變裝置的容積吸入或者吐納制冷劑到循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中,以改善制冷劑在不同工況下的循環(huán)效率。為了對該可變?nèi)萘靠照{(diào)系統(tǒng)進行探究,利用焓差實驗室對搭建的系統(tǒng)進行了實驗研究。實驗在室內(nèi)干濕球溫度為27℃/19℃的情況下,測試了系統(tǒng)在室外干球溫度29℃和35℃的變?nèi)萏匦。結(jié)果表明,在不同的工況下,改變變?nèi)菅b置的容積,調(diào)整參與系統(tǒng)循環(huán)的制冷劑的質(zhì)量,有利于提高系統(tǒng)在不同工況下的能效。
