【摘要】：目的為電商快遞行業(yè)提供一種封裝多樣化、自動(dòng)化的紙箱封裝機(jī),降低從業(yè)人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高紙箱封裝效率。方法封箱機(jī)主要由底座支撐裝置、紙箱對(duì)正調(diào)整裝置、可控連桿手指封裝裝置、紙箱旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置、膠帶封裝裝置及控制系統(tǒng)組成。設(shè)計(jì)雙向絲杠滑臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)不同規(guī)格尺寸紙箱的對(duì)中、找正。通過控制可控連桿手指封裝裝置的原動(dòng)件運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)不同規(guī)格尺寸紙箱的搖蓋折合、封裝。膠帶封裝裝置由直動(dòng)式電磁鐵、微型真空泵、吸盤等零件組成,與紙箱旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置協(xié)調(diào)配合,共同實(shí)現(xiàn)紙箱的十字封裝和膠帶的自動(dòng)切斷。結(jié)果樣機(jī)有效工作空間為550 mm×450 mm×300 mm,能夠?qū)ν庑纬叽缭?140~550)mm×(140~450)mm×(180~300)mm的紙箱進(jìn)行封裝工作,每個(gè)紙箱封裝時(shí)間為60 s。結(jié)論該紙箱封箱機(jī)可完成不同型號(hào)紙箱的包裝、膠帶的十字封裝工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)了封裝多樣化與自動(dòng)化;具有占地空間小、功能柔性可控、造價(jià)低的特點(diǎn),可提高電商快遞從業(yè)人員的工作效率。
[Abstract]:Aim to provide a kind of package diversification and automatic carton sealing machine for e-commerce express industry, to reduce the labor intensity of employees and to improve the efficiency of carton packaging. Methods the sealing machine mainly consists of base support device, carton alignment adjusting device, controllable connecting rod finger packaging device, carton rotation device, tape packaging device and control system. Design two-way lead screw slide table to realize the alignment and alignment of different sizes of cartons. By controlling the motion parameters of the original movement parts of the controllable connecting rod finger packaging device, the swaying cap of cartons with different sizes can be folded and encapsulated. Tape packaging device is composed of direct-acting electromagnet, miniature vacuum pump, sucker and so on, and coordinates with carton rotating device to realize carton cross packaging and tape automatic cutting. Results the effective workspace of the prototype is 550 mm 脳 450 mm 脳 300 mm, and the packaging time of each carton is 60 s for the carton whose shape size is (140 ~ 550) mm 脳 (140 ~ 450) mm 脳 (180 ~ 300) mm. Conclusion the carton sealing machine can complete the packaging of different types of cartons and the cross packaging of tape, realize the diversification and automation of packaging, have the characteristics of small occupation space, flexible and controllable function, low cost, etc. It can improve the working efficiency of e-commerce express delivery workers.
