【摘要】：為提高遙感影像棉花識(shí)別的精度,提出一種基于反向傳播(back propagation,BP)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法的棉花識(shí)別方法。利用單時(shí)相GF-1號(hào)和Ladsat8遙感數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合歸一化植被指數(shù)(NDVI)、差值植被指數(shù)(DVI)、比值植被指數(shù)(RVI)、紅波段亮度值(B3)和近紅外波段亮度值(B4)等特征指數(shù),依據(jù)野外GPS實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)選擇訓(xùn)練樣本,通過不同的特征組合對(duì)BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練。驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明,該識(shí)別方法精度達(dá)到98.32%,較最大似然法和最小距離法分別提高8.27%和5.53%。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所提方法能夠有效地提高棉花識(shí)別精度并簡(jiǎn)化識(shí)別過程。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of cotton recognition in remote sensing images, a cotton recognition method based on back-propagation (BPN) neural network algorithm is proposed. Using the single phase GF-1 and Ladsat8 remote sensing data, combined with the normalized vegetation index (NDVI), the difference vegetation index (DVI), the ratio vegetation index (RVI), the red band luminance value (B3) and the near infrared band luminance value (B4), the training samples were selected according to the field GPS data. BP neural network is trained by different feature combinations. The results show that the accuracy of the method is 98.32, which is 8.27% and 5.53% higher than that of the maximum likelihood method and the minimum distance method, respectively. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the cotton recognition accuracy and simplify the identification process.
