【摘要】：針對(duì)負(fù)載敏感泵參數(shù)辨識(shí)問(wèn)題,提出一種基于系統(tǒng)辨識(shí)和理論計(jì)算相結(jié)合的負(fù)載敏感泵參數(shù)計(jì)算方法。該方法首先使用階躍響應(yīng)辨識(shí)法根據(jù)變量泵階躍信號(hào)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)辨識(shí)出負(fù)載敏感泵增益、固有頻率和阻尼,然后結(jié)合變量泵設(shè)計(jì)公式確定變量缸等效質(zhì)量、彈簧剛度及預(yù)緊力等參數(shù)。仿真結(jié)果表明,用該方法得到的變量泵參數(shù)能夠真實(shí)再現(xiàn)變量泵各個(gè)工作狀態(tài)特性。該方法對(duì)負(fù)載敏感系統(tǒng)建模分析和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)匹配具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of parameter identification of load sensitive pump, a method of calculating load sensitive pump parameters based on system identification and theoretical calculation is proposed.In this method, the gain, natural frequency and damping of the load sensitive pump are identified by the step response identification method based on the test data of the step signal of the variable pump, and then the equivalent mass of the variable cylinder is determined by combining the design formula of the variable pump.Spring stiffness and preload force and other parameters.The simulation results show that the variable pump parameters obtained by this method can reproduce the working state characteristics of the variable pump.This method is of great significance for modeling analysis and system design matching of load sensitive systems.
