【摘要】：中國高等工程教育實現(xiàn)跨越發(fā)展,規(guī)模位居世界第一,但工程教育質(zhì)量卻呈現(xiàn)下滑趨勢,缺乏科學高效的評價制度是主要原因之一�，F(xiàn)行質(zhì)量評價制度在評價主體、標準、方法、結(jié)果等方面存在諸多問題。國外專業(yè)認證制度在理念、標準等方面有諸多可資借鑒的成功經(jīng)驗。建構(gòu)我國高等工程質(zhì)量評價制度,應借鑒國際工程教育質(zhì)量評價新理念、新標準,豐富中國特色的"五個度"質(zhì)量評價標準,構(gòu)建"四位一體"的質(zhì)量評價共同體,設計科學合理的質(zhì)量評價方法,健全評價結(jié)果反饋和運用機制。
[Abstract]:China's higher engineering education has achieved leapfrogging development and ranks first in the world in scale, but the quality of engineering education shows a downward trend. The lack of a scientific and efficient evaluation system is one of the main reasons. There are many problems in the aspects of methods and results. The foreign professional certification system has many successful experiences in the aspects of ideas and standards. To construct our country's higher engineering quality evaluation system, we should draw lessons from the new concept of international engineering education quality evaluation. The new standard enriches the quality evaluation standard of "five degrees" with Chinese characteristics, constructs the "four-in-one" community of quality evaluation, designs scientific and reasonable quality evaluation methods, and perfects the feedback and application mechanism of evaluation results.
