【摘要】:復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品設(shè)計是典型的知識密集型工作,伴隨市場競爭全球化,勞動力成本日益提高,資源環(huán)境約束不斷增強,企業(yè)難以對市場做出快速響應(yīng)。本文為了提高企業(yè)快速設(shè)計能力,對復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品設(shè)計知識重用展開了研究,并以攤鋪機為例,設(shè)計并開發(fā)了知識重用原型系統(tǒng)。首先,通過分析復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品對知識管理的需求,采用了基于本體的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計建模方法,以攤鋪機為例,完成了攤鋪機產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域知識的獲取與建模,并進行了形式化表示。其次,建立了面向設(shè)計知識重用的知識服務(wù)系統(tǒng)框架,通過研究產(chǎn)品全生命周期理論、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)樹理論、專家知識地圖理論,分別建立設(shè)計過程庫、物理結(jié)構(gòu)庫、專家?guī)?實現(xiàn)了知識的情景化、脈絡(luò)化。然后,研究了知識在知識重用系統(tǒng)中的流動性,并提出了與知識重用系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合的知識管理與創(chuàng)新機制。最后,設(shè)計出攤鋪機設(shè)計知識重用原型系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了攤鋪機設(shè)計知識的管理,促進了產(chǎn)品的快速設(shè)計,驗證了本文的研究成果。
[Abstract]:Complex product design is a typical knowledge-intensive work. With the globalization of market competition, labor costs are increasing day by day, and resource and environment constraints are constantly strengthened. In order to improve the enterprise's ability of rapid design, this paper studies the knowledge reuse of complex product design, and takes paver as an example, designs and develops a prototype system of knowledge reuse. By analyzing the demand of complex products for knowledge management, the method of product design modeling based on ontology is adopted. Taking paver as an example, the acquisition and modeling of knowledge in paver product domain are completed, and the formal representation is given. The framework of knowledge service system for design knowledge reuse is established. Through the research of product life cycle theory, product structure tree theory and expert knowledge map theory, the design process database, physical structure database and expert database are established, respectively. Then, the fluidity of knowledge in knowledge reuse system is studied, and the knowledge management and innovation mechanism combined with knowledge reuse system is proposed. A prototype system of paver design knowledge reuse is designed, which realizes the management of paver design knowledge, promotes the rapid design of products, and verifies the research results of this paper.
