【摘要】：21世紀(jì)是飛速發(fā)展的信息時(shí)代,大量的孕育了各式各樣的信息化產(chǎn)物。而其中的用戶的需求并不一定是一樣的,其中就包括視障用戶。隨著網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物的發(fā)展,以及對(duì)視障用戶的實(shí)際調(diào)研,針對(duì)于網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物的信息無(wú)障礙設(shè)計(jì)則會(huì)改變視障用戶的生活。近幾年,信息無(wú)障礙作為一個(gè)新的理論概念在我國(guó)普遍的推廣,無(wú)障礙的環(huán)境可以為弱勢(shì)群體帶來(lái)方便,解決問(wèn)題；而信息的無(wú)障礙性則在當(dāng)下則顯得更為重要。視障用戶由于自身的原因而選擇網(wǎng)購(gòu)的方式避免出行的不便,而在網(wǎng)購(gòu)的過(guò)程中又會(huì)遇到不同的問(wèn)題,本論文主要研究基于信息無(wú)障礙理論下的針對(duì)于視障用戶的網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物系統(tǒng)。后通過(guò)研究針對(duì)于物流環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。 本文通過(guò)前期的調(diào)研、理論的分析,總結(jié)出視障人群的現(xiàn)狀、生理、心理特征以及需求。對(duì)視障人群選擇網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物的進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。通過(guò)讀屏軟件模擬視障用戶具體的購(gòu)物系統(tǒng),分析后羅列出現(xiàn)有的問(wèn)題。對(duì)信息無(wú)障礙理論進(jìn)行分析研究。并利用信息無(wú)障礙作為設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐解決視障人群在網(wǎng)購(gòu)過(guò)程中物流環(huán)節(jié)的問(wèn)題。以二維碼標(biāo)簽作為介質(zhì),從打印到信息的獲取進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。由物流智能終端機(jī),二維碼生成、掃描軟件組成以針對(duì)于視障人群的物流系統(tǒng)。并對(duì)物流智能終端機(jī)分析調(diào)研,人機(jī)分析,功能整合、再設(shè)計(jì)等。進(jìn)行針對(duì)于視障用戶的二維碼生成掃描APP的分析與設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:21th century is the rapid development of the information age, a large number of pregnant with a variety of information products. But the needs of users are not necessarily the same, including visually impaired users. With the development of online shopping, As well as the actual investigation of visually impaired users, the design of information accessibility for online shopping will change the life of visually impaired users. In recent years, as a new theoretical concept, information accessibility has been widely promoted in China. Accessibility can bring convenience to vulnerable groups and solve problems, while accessibility of information is even more important in the present. Users with visual impairment choose the way to purchase online for their own reasons to avoid the inconvenience of travel. However, there are different problems in the process of online shopping. This paper mainly studies the online shopping system for visually impaired users based on information accessibility theory. Based on previous research and theoretical analysis, this paper summarizes the current situation and physiology of visually impaired people. Psychological characteristics and needs. This paper analyzes and summarizes the choice of online shopping for visually impaired people. Through screen reading software, it simulates the specific shopping system of visually impaired users. Analyze and study the theory of information accessibility, and use information accessibility as the design standard, Through the design practice to solve the problem of logistics link in the process of shopping for the visually impaired people. Take the QR code label as the medium, from print to obtain the information to carry on the design, by the logistics intelligent terminal, the two dimensional code generation, The scanning software is made up of the logistics system for the visually impaired people, and the analysis and design of the logistics intelligent terminal, man-machine analysis, function integration, re-design, etc. are carried out. The two-dimensional code generation scanning APP for the visually impaired users is analyzed and designed.
