凹槽內(nèi)兩臺空調(diào)室外機(jī)相對安裝位置對周圍熱環(huán)境的影響

【摘要】:本文以焓差實(shí)驗(yàn)室為平臺,以住宅建筑凹槽內(nèi)的兩臺某型號分體式空調(diào)室外機(jī)的安裝條件為研究對象,研究三種室外機(jī)安裝條件對周圍熱環(huán)境、空調(diào)器EER和凹槽面積的影響。凹槽內(nèi)室外機(jī)的三種安裝條件分別為同一平面相互垂直安裝(兩室外機(jī)在同一高度,室外機(jī)長度延長線互相垂直相交)、同一平面左右水平安裝(兩室外機(jī)在同一高度,室外機(jī)長度延長線共線)及沿外墻上下垂直安裝(不同高度,室外機(jī)高度延長線共線)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該型號兩臺室外機(jī)同一平面垂直安裝時(shí),建議水平間距(平行于外墻)d_1≥650 mm,小于此間距時(shí),距百葉較遠(yuǎn)的室外機(jī)運(yùn)行環(huán)境惡劣,回風(fēng)溫度高于正常運(yùn)行溫度45℃;垂直間距(垂直于外墻)d_2選擇300 mm左右,繼續(xù)增大則回風(fēng)溫度上升;當(dāng)凹槽內(nèi)兩臺室外機(jī)間不具備水平安裝條件,但滿足水平、垂直間距大于650 mm×300 mm空間要求時(shí),建議采用平面垂直安裝方式。水平安裝時(shí),回風(fēng)效果較好,但考慮凹槽占用面積大,且水平間距d_170 mm后,回風(fēng)溫度和EER都趨于平穩(wěn),故最佳間距為70 mm。上下垂直安裝時(shí),凹槽占地面積小于水平安裝方式和平面垂直安裝方式,回風(fēng)效果明顯優(yōu)于平面垂直安裝方式,最低回風(fēng)溫度甚至低于水平安裝方式,最佳間距為150 mm。
