組織支持理論與心理契約理論之整合研究

【摘要】:組織支持理論和心理契約理論對于"員工-組織"關系的建立和保持起著重要作用。由于兩種理論的側重點不同,以往多究期對組織的影響。事實上雖然兩個理論各成體系,有自己完整的作用過程,但是其作用的對象、作用過程、作用的結果都有著極大的關聯(lián)。本文主要通過分析比較組織支持理論和心理契約理論的異同,進而將兩種理論進行整合并分析提出了兩個理論的相關聯(lián)系,希望能為"員工-組織"關系研究提供嶄新的視角。
[Abstract]:Organizational support theory and psychological contract theory play an important role in the establishment and maintenance of employee-organization relationship. Due to the different emphasis of the two theories, the influence of the previous study period on the organization. In fact, although the two theories have their own complete process of action, the object, the process and the result of the action are all closely related. By analyzing and comparing the similarities and differences between the theory of organizational support and the theory of psychological contract, this paper integrates the two theories and puts forward the correlation between the two theories, hoping to provide a new angle of view for the study of the staff-organization relationship.
