【摘要】：秘書實務課程內容比較枯燥,很多教學內容說起來容易,做起來難,傳統(tǒng)教學模式下培養(yǎng)的學生往往眼高手低。而根據"以能力為本位,以就業(yè)為導向"的人才培養(yǎng)目標所實施的"任務驅動"教學模式,可以提高學生學習的主動性,改善學習效果,使學生在掌握文秘專業(yè)知識和技能的基礎上適應職業(yè)崗位要求。
[Abstract]:The course content of secretarial practice is rather dull, and many teaching contents are easy to say and difficult to do. According to the "task-driven" teaching mode, which is based on ability and employment-oriented, it can improve students' learning initiative and learning effect. To enable students to master secretarial professional knowledge and skills on the basis of the requirements of professional posts.
