【摘要】：科學視角主義是在邏輯主義基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展的一種科學哲學思想,其核心思想在于強調(diào)科學知識的條件性。本文分析了現(xiàn)行的管理研究范式,探討了引入科學視角主義的動機及可行策略。目前管理學界流行的研究范式是:強調(diào)研究的理論基礎(chǔ)、偏愛驗證性研究、追求研究結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計意義顯著。研究者為了迎合這些要求,可能會采取一些有問題的研究行為。而這些行為的一個嚴重后果是:現(xiàn)有的管理知識庫中,充斥著大量假陽性研究結(jié)果,這對管理學的發(fā)展無疑是不利的。本文分析了上述研究范式的科學哲學思想根源,指出邏輯主義對這一研究范式的影響甚深,論證了以科學視角主義為指導思想進行管理研究,一方面有助于減少有問題的研究行為,另一方面也可以破除目前管理研究忽視假設(shè)條件與情境因素的弊病。
[Abstract]:Scientific perspective is a philosophy of science developed on the basis of logicism, the core of which is to emphasize the conditionality of scientific knowledge. This paper discusses the motivation and feasible strategies of introducing scientific perspective. At present, the popular research paradigm in the field of management is: emphasizing the theoretical basis of research, favouring confirmatory research, The statistical significance of pursuing research results is significant. To meet these requirements, researchers may take problematic research actions. One of the serious consequences of these behaviors is: in the existing management knowledge base, There are a lot of false positive research results, which is undoubtedly unfavorable to the development of management. This paper analyzes the scientific philosophy thought root of the above research paradigm, and points out that logicism has a deep influence on this research paradigm. On the one hand, it is helpful to reduce the problematic research behavior, on the other hand, it can also eliminate the disadvantages of ignoring the hypothetical conditions and situational factors in the current management research.
