【摘要】：為研究干部管理問題,借助演化博弈理論,建立黨政主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和其他班子成員博弈的支付矩陣,從動態(tài)的角度來考察黨政主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和其他班子成員在完成工作時(shí)策略的演化過程,利用復(fù)制動態(tài)方程求得黨政主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和其他班子成員博弈的演化穩(wěn)定策略。最后通過對該模型進(jìn)行數(shù)值仿真,對比分析了在選擇策略初始人群比例,獎勵分配和過失承擔(dān)幾方面發(fā)生變化時(shí)對黨政主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和其他班子成員策略選擇的影響。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果為組織部門在干部管理科學(xué)化方面提供了一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the problem of cadre management, with the help of evolutionary game theory, the payment matrix of the game between the main party and government leaders and other team members is established. From a dynamic point of view, to examine the evolution process of the strategies of the main party and government leaders and other team members in completing their work, The evolutionary stability strategy of the game between the main party and government leaders and other team members is obtained by using the replicating dynamic equation. Finally, through the numerical simulation of the model, the proportion of the initial crowd in the selection strategy is compared and analyzed. The influence of the change of reward distribution and fault bearing on the strategic choice of the main leaders and other members of the party and government is discussed. The simulation results provide a certain theoretical basis for the scientific management of cadres in the organizational departments.
