【摘要】:作為人類的一項基本實踐形式,“管理”這項實踐活動一直伴隨著人類社會的始終。隨著人類社會的不斷發(fā)展以及人的思維能力的不斷提高,人們逐漸反思起了自己所從事的管理實踐活動,從管理意識的最初萌芽再到管理理念的逐步確立直至管理理論的全面形成,管理理論以及實踐的日益發(fā)展迫切需要加以哲學的理性形而上思維來進行反思,這種反思正體現(xiàn)為“管理哲學”的誕生。管理哲學是管理理論的最高層次,它是在管理實踐的基礎之上對管理學理論的升華和結晶。正是這種對管理實踐當中形成的管理理念以及管理理論的高度概括而建立起來的這樣一個部門哲學,為人類今后的管理實踐提供出了最為基本的理論指導作用。在對當前管理哲學研究狀況進行反思的基礎上,目前管理哲學研究主要表現(xiàn)為將管理哲學作為對“具體領域問題的研究”或“主要是對管理中問題的探討”,這種研究方式一方面體現(xiàn)出對管理哲學的理解方式,另一方面也存在從管理哲學的深層次關系上思考其內在關聯(lián)的不足。本文致力于對管理哲學的關系論探討正是在承認管理哲學不僅是作為一門實踐的學問更是要在實踐中挖掘其理論內涵的學問,即把這種理論內涵看作是以矛盾論為思想前提的,以管理哲學中何種屬性為關系構架的,加以西方馬克思主義哲學之反思的,建構合理的管理哲學理論的努力嘗試。 本文的理論研究從管理哲學的深層次矛盾的剖析出發(fā),認為矛盾論中的相互作用表征管理哲學內部要素之間發(fā)生的內在關聯(lián),即主體與客體、人與組織、人的職責與道德的內在關聯(lián)。就目前的管理哲學研究來看,對這一系列關聯(lián)的哲學思考尚顯得不很充分,為此以西方馬克思主義理論為思想資源反思管理哲學中的手段性與目的性、理想目標與客觀現(xiàn)實、個體存在與交往活動、量化指標與管理藝術等關系,從而構建合理地管理哲學新關系就成為本文的研究目標。為此本文以管理哲學這一學科概念為研究對象,以對何為管理哲學的追問為問題意識,以對管理哲學關系論問題為思考內容,以管理哲學如何哲學化、人性化為價值取向,以西方馬克思主義哲學對管理哲學的探討為思想資源,以管理哲學若干關系的系統(tǒng)思考和理論關照為思想前提,以管理哲學關系論的反思和建構為基本內容,努力構建管理哲學關系論的新模式。
[Abstract]:As a basic form of human practice, "management" has always been accompanied by the practice of human society, with the continuous development of human society and the continuous improvement of human thinking ability. People gradually reflect on their management practice activities, from the initial germination of management consciousness to the gradual establishment of management concept until the comprehensive formation of management theory. With the development of management theory and practice, the rational metaphysical thinking of philosophy is urgently needed to reflect, which is reflected in the birth of "management philosophy", which is the highest level of management theory. It is the sublimation and crystallization of management theory on the basis of management practice. It provides the most basic theoretical guidance for human management practice in the future. On the basis of reflection on the current situation of management philosophy research. At present, the study of management philosophy is mainly manifested in the study of management philosophy as a "study of specific field problems" or "mainly a discussion of problems in management". On the one hand, it reflects the understanding of management philosophy. On the other hand, there is also the deficiency of thinking about its internal relation from the deep relationship of management philosophy. This paper is devoted to discussing the relationship theory of management philosophy, which is just to admit that management philosophy is not only a practical study, but also a practical one. The knowledge of digging into its theoretical connotation in practice. That is to say, the connotation of this theory is regarded as the contradiction theory as the premise of thought, the nature of the management philosophy as the relational framework, and the reflection of Western Marxist philosophy. Try to construct reasonable management philosophy theory. Based on the analysis of the deep contradictions in the philosophy of management, the theoretical study of this paper holds that the interaction in contradiction theory represents the internal relationship between the elements of management philosophy, that is, the subject and the object, the human and the organization. From the point of view of the present study of management philosophy, the philosophical thinking of this series of connections is not enough. Therefore, the western Marxist theory is taken as the ideological resources to reflect the relations between the means and the purpose, the ideal goal and the objective reality, the individual existence and the communication activity, the quantification index and the management art in the management philosophy. Therefore, to construct a reasonable new relationship of management philosophy has become the research goal of this paper. Therefore, this paper takes the concept of management philosophy as the research object and the question consciousness of what is management philosophy. It takes the relation theory of management philosophy as the thinking content, how the philosophy of management is philosophical and humanized as the value orientation, and takes the exploration of the management philosophy of the western Marxist philosophy as the ideological resource. Based on the systematic thinking and theoretical consideration of several relationships in management philosophy and the reflection and construction of the relationship theory of management philosophy, this paper tries to construct a new model of the relationship theory of management philosophy.
