【摘要】：一般公文應(yīng)在正文之后署發(fā)文機(jī)關(guān)名稱,并在其上加蓋印章。署會議名稱的一些公文無相應(yīng)印章可蓋和受傳統(tǒng)規(guī)范格式限制的會議紀(jì)要無發(fā)文機(jī)關(guān)署名沒有蓋印,但仍受人信任。有特定發(fā)文機(jī)關(guān)標(biāo)志的某些普發(fā)性公文因有蓋印不便而未蓋印,由于其普發(fā),使需執(zhí)行的機(jī)關(guān)均有,可據(jù)以辨明造假公文的真?zhèn)�。傳真電報因其為事先�?lián)系好后點對點發(fā)送,即使不蓋印,也不存在真實性受質(zhì)疑問題。
[Abstract]:The general official document should be named after the text, and the seal should be stamped on it.
