關于常見構件類型焊縫形式和等級要求的研究

【摘要】:焊接作為超高層鋼結構建筑的主要連接形式,焊縫形式和等級正確與否對整個建筑的安全至關重要。節(jié)點區(qū)是各種焊縫的交匯區(qū),根據(jù)世界震害實錄分析表明,許多鋼結構都是由于節(jié)點焊縫首先破壞而導致建筑物整體破壞的,因此對節(jié)點區(qū)焊縫形式和等級的選用需審慎。通過對各節(jié)點的受力情況進行分析,來確定各部位的焊縫形式;同時結合《鋼結構設計規(guī)范》GB50017—2003第7章關于焊縫等級的選用,來確定各處的焊縫等級。
[Abstract]:Welding is the main connection form of super high-rise steel structure building. Whether the weld form and grade is correct or not is very important to the safety of the whole building. The joint zone is the intersection zone of all kinds of welds. According to the analysis of the earthquake damage in the world, it is shown that many steel structures are destroyed as a whole because of the first destruction of the joint welds, so the selection of weld forms and grades in the joint zone should be careful. Through the analysis of the force of each joint, the weld form of each part is determined, and the weld grade is determined according to the selection of weld grade in Chapter 7 of GB50017-2003.
