【摘要】：采用自攻螺釘對(duì)膠合木梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行橫紋加強(qiáng)可有效傳遞木材的橫紋拉應(yīng)力和順紋剪應(yīng)力,從而延緩木材開裂、提高節(jié)點(diǎn)性能。為了研究自攻螺釘?shù)牟贾瞄g距、直徑和個(gè)數(shù)等參數(shù)對(duì)加強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能的影響,對(duì)4組采用不同布置間距、直徑和個(gè)數(shù)的自攻螺釘加強(qiáng)膠合木螺栓連接梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行單調(diào)和低周往復(fù)加載試驗(yàn),得到各組節(jié)點(diǎn)的剛度、延性、承載力、破壞模式和抗震性能。結(jié)果表明:自攻螺釘個(gè)數(shù)增加、直徑增大,節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載力、破壞轉(zhuǎn)角、延性系數(shù)以及節(jié)點(diǎn)總耗能增大;自攻螺釘布置間距的變化對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)在單調(diào)荷載作用下的承載力和延性系數(shù)無(wú)明顯影響;而節(jié)點(diǎn)在往復(fù)荷載作用下時(shí),隨著自攻螺釘布置間距的減小,節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力和總耗能降低。
[Abstract]:The transverse tensile stress and shear stress of wood can be effectively transferred by using tapping screws to strengthen the beam-column joints of glued wood, thus delaying the cracking of wood and improving the joint performance. In order to study the influence of the parameters such as the arrangement spacing, diameter and number of tapping screws on the mechanical performance of the reinforced joints, different arrangement spacing was used for 4 groups. The stiffness, ductility, bearing capacity, failure mode and seismic performance of Liang Zhu joints are obtained by monotone and low-cycle reciprocating loading tests with self-tapping screw reinforced glued wood bolted joints in diameter and number. The results show that the number of tapping screws increases, the diameter increases, the bearing capacity, the failure angle, the ductility coefficient and the total energy dissipation of the joints increase. The change of tapping screw spacing has no obvious effect on the bearing capacity and ductility coefficient of the joint under monotonic load, while the bearing capacity and total energy dissipation of the joint decrease with the decrease of tapping screw spacing under reciprocating load.
