【摘要】：柏林在1990年德國(guó)統(tǒng)一之后重新成為民主德國(guó)的首都,東西柏林的歷史隔閡和發(fā)展失衡的問(wèn)題在新柏林城必須得到彌補(bǔ),柏林墻倒塌后的裂痕地帶在統(tǒng)一柏林的建設(shè)中成為聯(lián)系東西柏林的紐帶,政府區(qū)、中央火車站等一系列重要的城市功能區(qū)都規(guī)劃建設(shè)在這一帶。整個(gè)新柏林的規(guī)劃建設(shè)都充滿了聯(lián)邦德國(guó)的反思,歷史上希特勒獨(dú)裁政治的傷疤、東西德的分裂促使重新統(tǒng)一后的德國(guó)對(duì)政治的透明性的重視,以坦誠(chéng)的姿態(tài)表達(dá)對(duì)于"民主"的尊重。不僅是政治建筑本身,新柏林公共空間的設(shè)計(jì)和管理都反映出德國(guó)當(dāng)局對(duì)于民主的態(tài)度——屬于公眾的城市空間在政治性空間中所占的地位是什么。街道是城市中最常見(jiàn)的開(kāi)放空間,直接為市民的通行、休閑服務(wù),在公眾城市生活中占有重要分量。文章在柏林對(duì)幾個(gè)較政治化的區(qū)域的街道空間進(jìn)行了考察分析,探討柏林如何保證城市街道的民主性,讓街道生活充滿活力。
[Abstract]:After the reunification of Germany in 1990, Berlin became the capital of the Democratic Republic of Germany, and the historical estrangement and development imbalance between East and West Berlin must be remedied in the city of New Berlin. The rift zone after the fall of the Berlin Wall became the link between East and West Berlin in the construction of unified Berlin, and a series of important urban functional areas such as the government district, central railway station and so on were planned to be built in this area. The whole planning and construction of new Berlin was filled with the reflection of the Federal Republic of Germany, the scars of Hitler's dictatorship in history, and the division of East and West Germany, which prompted the reunified Germany to attach importance to the transparency of politics. Show respect for democracy in an honest manner. Not only is it the political building itself, but the design and management of the new Berlin public space reflects the German authorities' attitude towards democracy-what is the position of the urban space belonging to the public in the political space. Street is the most common open space in the city, directly for the public, leisure services, plays an important role in public urban life. This paper investigates and analyzes the street space in several more politicized areas in Berlin, and discusses how Berlin can guarantee the democracy of the city street and make the street life full of vitality.
