生土泡沫混凝土試驗研究

【摘要】:以生土作為填料,制備了生土泡沫混凝土.試驗研究了生土泡沫混凝土的干表觀密度、抗壓強度、導熱系數(shù)、孔隙分布和吸濕特性,探討了微硅粉對生土泡沫混凝土抗壓強度和導熱系數(shù)的影響.結果表明:生土泡沫混凝土干表觀密度、抗壓強度和導熱系數(shù)均隨著泡沫摻量(體積分數(shù))的增大而減小;隨微硅粉摻量(質(zhì)量分數(shù))增大,生土泡沫混凝土抗壓強度和保溫隔熱性能同時得到改善.利用生土作填料,同時摻加20%微硅粉,可以制備出干表觀密度、抗壓強度和導熱系數(shù)分別為790kg/m3,7.8MPa及0.156W/(m·K)的性能優(yōu)異的生土泡沫混凝土(泡沫摻量為60%).泡沫摻量75%的生土泡沫混凝土(未摻微硅粉)的納米級孔隙量低,吸濕能力小.
[Abstract]:Raw soil foam concrete was prepared by using raw soil as filler. The dry apparent density, compressive strength, thermal conductivity, pore distribution and moisture absorption characteristics of raw soil foamed concrete were studied. The influence of micro-silica powder on compressive strength and thermal conductivity of raw soil foam concrete was discussed. The results show that the dry apparent density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity of raw soil foam concrete decrease with the increase of foam content (volume fraction). The compressive strength and thermal insulation properties of raw soil foamed concrete are improved with the increase of the content (mass fraction) of micro-silica fume. The dry apparent density can be prepared by using raw soil as filler and adding 20% microsilica powder. The compressive strength and thermal conductivity are 790 kg / m ~ (3) MPA and 7.8 MPA respectively, and the 0.156W/ (m K) has excellent properties of raw soil foam concrete (foam content is 60%). The nanometer porosity and moisture absorption ability of raw soil foam concrete with 75% foam content (without microsilica powder) are low.
