大直徑樁基承載特性的仿真試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)工程建設(shè)事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,大直徑鉆孔灌注樁在各種大型的橋梁、高層建筑和高速公路中得到了較為廣泛的使用,但大直徑鉆孔灌注樁的理論研究還相對(duì)較為缺乏,尤其在實(shí)際工程中,樁基承載力的確定往往是通過(guò)單樁靜載荷試驗(yàn)或者自平衡測(cè)試法獲得,由于考慮到工程造價(jià)、荷載箱放置位置等原因,施加的荷載往往不足以使測(cè)試樁進(jìn)入破壞狀態(tài),試樁資料雖然可以滿足工程需求,但影響了其研究?jī)r(jià)值。本文在吉林省交通廳項(xiàng)目《大橋軟巖樁基承載力評(píng)價(jià)方法研究》(2011-1-11)的基礎(chǔ)上,以仿真分析方法為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)大直徑鉆孔灌注樁的承載特性進(jìn)行分析研究,本文的研究對(duì)完善大直徑鉆孔灌注樁的理論研究和指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工程具有一定的意義和價(jià)值。 在對(duì)大直徑樁基承載力評(píng)價(jià)方法研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用仿真分析方法對(duì)單樁抗壓靜載荷試驗(yàn)和自平衡試驗(yàn)中單樁的承載特性進(jìn)行仿真模擬,對(duì)大直徑樁在不同試驗(yàn)方法下荷載沉降曲線的特征、樁身軸力的變化等方面進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)影響大直徑鉆孔灌注樁的承載特性的各種因素進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。建立基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的接觸面力學(xué)參數(shù)的反分析模型,對(duì)樁土接觸面的力學(xué)參數(shù)進(jìn)行反分析研究;诤奢d傳遞理論的雙曲線模型,從理論上推導(dǎo)出自平衡試驗(yàn)中單樁荷載與沉降的關(guān)系,,在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用模擬分析程序?qū)ψ云胶庠囼?yàn)中“平衡點(diǎn)”位置進(jìn)行討論,從而為自平衡試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of engineering construction in China, large-diameter bored piles have been widely used in various large bridges, high-rise buildings and highways, but the theoretical research of large-diameter bored piles is relatively lacking. Especially in practical engineering, the bearing capacity of pile foundation is usually determined by single pile static load test or self-balance test, because of considering the project cost, load box placement and other reasons, The load applied is often not enough to make the test pile enter into the state of failure. Although the test pile data can meet the needs of the project, the research value of the test pile is affected. In this paper, on the basis of Jilin Provincial Communications Department project "study on bearing capacity of soft Rock pile Foundation of Bridge" (2011-1-11), the bearing capacity characteristics of large-diameter bored pile are analyzed and studied on the basis of simulation analysis method. The research in this paper has certain significance and value for perfecting the theoretical research of large diameter bored pile and guiding the practical project. On the basis of the research on the evaluation method of bearing capacity of large diameter pile foundation, the bearing capacity characteristics of single pile in static load test and self balance test are simulated by simulation analysis method. The characteristics of load settlement curve of large diameter pile under different test methods and the variation of axial force of pile body are analyzed, and various factors affecting bearing characteristics of large diameter bored pile are systematically studied. The back analysis model of mechanical parameters of contact surface based on BP neural network is established, and the mechanical parameters of pile-soil interface are studied. Based on the hyperbolic model of load transfer theory, the relationship between single pile load and settlement in self-equilibrium test is derived theoretically. On this basis, the position of "equilibrium point" in self-equilibrium test is discussed by means of simulation analysis program. Thus, reference is provided for the design of self-balancing test.
