【摘要】：針對(duì)目前廣泛使用的集裝箱房屋,研究了開洞集裝箱在外荷載作用下的縱向剛度.首先,利用蒙皮理論對(duì)其進(jìn)行了力學(xué)分析,初步得出了開洞箱體剛度的計(jì)算方法,并通過算例闡述了具體的計(jì)算過程.然后,利用非線性有限元軟件ABAQUS對(duì)其建立了有限元模型,并進(jìn)行了基于開洞面積和洞口高長(zhǎng)比的參數(shù)分析,得出了各參數(shù)對(duì)開洞箱體剛度的影響規(guī)律,并給出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)建議.最后,進(jìn)行了5種開洞箱體剛度的試驗(yàn)研究,并將理論分析和有限元模擬的結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比驗(yàn)證,吻合良好.本研究不僅可為目前廣泛使用的集裝箱房屋提供設(shè)計(jì)和施工參考,更可為相應(yīng)的規(guī)范編制提供借鑒.
[Abstract]:The longitudinal stiffness of the open-hole container under external load is studied for the widely used container buildings. Firstly, the mechanical analysis is carried out by using the skin theory, and the calculation method of the stiffness of the opening box is preliminarily obtained, and the concrete calculation process is explained by an example. Then, the finite element model is established by using the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS, and the parameter analysis based on the opening area and the ratio of height to length of the hole is carried out, and the influence of each parameter on the stiffness of the opening box is obtained. The corresponding design suggestions are also given. Finally, the stiffness of five kinds of open box is tested, and the results of theoretical analysis and finite element simulation are compared with the experimental data, which are in good agreement with each other. This study can not only provide a reference for the design and construction of the widely used container houses, but also provide reference for the corresponding specifications.
